Travelers or companies describe their stay needs—dates, destinations, room counts, budget, and priorities (location, brand, breakfast, etc.).

2. Hotels Receive Opportunities

Qualified hotels in each market receive anonymized details and can unlock full details to submit their best bid.

3. Hotels Submit Bids

Hotels respond with rates, inclusions, and key terms. For national RFPs, they can respond to multiple cities in a single workflow.

4. You Compare & Award

You compare offers side-by-side, choose the winning hotel(s), and generate agreements or confirmations directly through HotelHuddle.

5. Agreements & Reporting

Agreements, LNRs, and group contracts are stored in your portal, making it easy to revisit terms and track performance.
