Step 3: Hotels Respond with Initial Rates
Hotels respond with their initial group rate offers. These are typically already below published rates, but we do not stop there.
Step 4: We Negotiate Harder
Our team pushes back on hotels to get even better rates. We leverage competing offers, your booking potential, and our industry relationships to negotiate the lowest possible rates and best concessions.
Step 5: You Compare Negotiated Offers
View all negotiated offers on your dashboard. Compare rates, amenities, locations, and terms side by side. Every offer has been negotiated down from the hotel's initial price.
Step 6: You Book Directly
Once you choose the best offer, you book directly with the hotel. HotelHuddle facilitates the negotiation but does not process the booking — you get a direct relationship with the hotel.
