HotelHuddle does not compare hotel rates — we negotiate them. Instead of showing you published prices and hoping you find a good deal, we actively negotiate with hotels to secure rates below what is publicly advertised.
Why Negotiation Works
Hotels have significant flexibility in their pricing. The rates you see on booking sites are rack rates or standard discounts. But hotels can and do offer lower rates when they have incentive to — especially for group bookings, off-peak dates, or when they know they are competing against other hotels for your business.
How We Negotiate
When you submit an RFP, our team contacts hotels directly and negotiates on your behalf. We leverage:
- Competition between hotels in your destination
- Your group size and booking potential
- Off-peak timing and availability
- Our relationships with hotel partners
The result is often 15-30% below published rates.
