hotelhuddle is the parent brand for a network of specialized hotel booking sites. We connect you with the right tool for your needs — whether you're booking group rates, negotiating prices, booking day-use rooms, or planning team travel.
How does the RFP process work?
When you choose "Negotiate My Deal," we ask a few questions about your trip and match you to the best brand in our network. You submit a Request for Proposal (RFP), hotels respond with competing offers, and you choose the winner. It's not instant booking — it's a negotiation that often gets you 10–30% off published rates.
What's the difference between Book Now and Negotiate My Deal?
Book Now redirects you to Agoda to search and book hotels instantly. Negotiate My Deal routes you to one of our specialized brands (groupRooms, hotelhaggle, hotelSlots, or bookMyTeam) where hotels compete for your booking through our RFP process.
Does it cost anything to use?
Book Now is free — you book directly on Agoda. Negotiate My Deal routes you to a brand with its own pricing — hotelhaggle charges $2 per negotiation request, while groupRooms and bookMyTeam charge $3 per request. hotelSlots charges $2 per day-use request.
Can I skip the quiz and go directly to a brand?
