Step 1: Choose Your Destination
Enter the city where you need a hotel. Search by city name to find hotels in your desired area.
Step 2: Select Your Dates
Pick your check-in and check-out dates. Being specific helps hotels provide accurate negotiated rates.
Step 3: Enter Your Room Count
Specify how many rooms you need per night. Group rates and negotiated rates typically apply when you need multiple rooms, but even single-room requests can yield savings.
Step 4: Submit Your RFP
Submit your request. We send your request to multiple hotels and begin negotiating on your behalf.
Step 5: Review Negotiated Offers
Hotels respond with their best negotiated rates. Compare offers side by side and book the one that works for you.
