• A screenshot or link to the lower rate you found
• Details of the competing offer (rate, taxes, fees, room type, cancellation policy)
We Verify & Match
Our team verifies the competing rate within 48 hours. If it qualifies:
Name Your Price bookings: Adjust your reservation to the lower rate or refund the difference
Agoda bookings: Work with Agoda to process a rate adjustment or refund per their policy

- Flash sales or limited-time promotions requiring promo codes
- Rates found more than 24 hours after your hotelHuddle booking
- Group rates, wholesale rates, or corporate negotiated rates
- Rates on opaque sites (Hotwire, Priceline Express Deals) where hotel name is hidden until after booking

Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to file a Best Price Guarantee claim?
You must file your claim within 24 hours of completing your booking through hotelHuddle. Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be eligible for price matching.
What proof do I need to provide?
You'll need to provide:
- Your hotelHuddle confirmation number
- A screenshot or direct link to the lower rate
- Details showing the rate is for the same hotel, dates, room type, and booking conditions
How long does verification take?
Our team typically verifies claims within 48 hours. You'll receive an email update once the review is complete.
What if the lower rate is no longer available when you verify?
The rate must be actively bookable at the time you submit your claim. We take a screenshot at submission time for verification purposes. If the rate disappears after you submit, your claim is still valid as long as it was available when you filed.
Does the Best Price Guarantee apply to Name Your Price bookings?
Yes. If you name your price and a hotel accepts, but you find a lower publicly available rate for the same hotel/dates/room within 24 hours, we'll match it. Note: Name Your Price bookings often already beat public rates by 20-40%, so this is rare.
Does the Best Price Guarantee apply to Agoda bookings?
Yes. Agoda has its own Best Price Guarantee policy, and hotelHuddle bookings made through our Book Now integration are covered. We'll help you file the claim with Agoda if needed.
What if the hotel changes its rate after I book?
Rate fluctuations after booking are not covered by the Best Price Guarantee. The guarantee applies only to lower rates found on competing booking sites within 24 hours of your original booking.
Can I use the Best Price Guarantee for group bookings?
The Best Price Guarantee applies to individual reservation requests made through hotelHuddle. For group bookings (10+ rooms), please contact our group sales team for custom pricing.
What states are excluded from the Best Price Guarantee?
Due to Seller of Travel regulations, hotelHuddle does not accept bookings from California, Florida, Hawaii, Iowa, or Washington. The Best Price Guarantee applies to all eligible bookings in states where we operate.
