Step 3: Hotels Respond with Negotiated Rates
Each hotel responds with their best offer, which may include:
- Negotiated room rate per night
- Available room types and quantities
- Terms and conditions (cancellation, deposit, cutoff dates)
- Complimentary amenities or concessions
Step 4: Compare and Book
View all negotiated offers on your dashboard. Compare rates, amenities, and terms. Once you choose, you book directly with the hotel.
