The 2027 Florida RV SuperShow runs January 13 through 17 at the Florida State Fairgrounds, 4800 US Highway 301 North in Tampa. Industry Day runs Tuesday January 12 and admits RV industry personnel with credentials and ID. The Florida RV Trade Association publishes the show page.
The association's Hotels section reads “More information to come.” Each property quotes its own rate for the week, so the booking turns on distance, the parking ticket and the arrival night.
Doors and the Attendance Figure
The show page reports 2026 attendance at 70,635. Gates run 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday January 13 through Saturday January 16, and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday January 17.
The 9 a.m. Wednesday door sets Tuesday January 12 as the arrival night for a guest driving in. Industry Day puts the trade on the grounds that Tuesday.
The Pass Covers Two Days
Adults pay $15 at the entrance gate for a pass that covers two show days. Children under 16 enter free. The association states that pre-sale tickets arrive in mid-December.
The Fairgrounds ticket portal sells the same pass at $13.00 under Advance Adult Admission and Online Admission. Its product text reads “Each paid entry is valid for a second day admission,” and the description under Online Admission still reads “2 days of the 2026 RV SuperShow.”
Seniors take $2.00 off on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. First responders and military take $2.00 off every day. The page states that neither discount combines with another.
Two days on one pass sets a two-night stay for a guest who uses both days.
Parking on the Grounds
The association prints $12 per car bought onsite, $10 per car on the online presale and $20 per RV on either purchase, and marks both presale lines “Coming Soon!!!”
The Fairgrounds portal already sells the same two products. General Parking reads $10.00 for one entry, with the line “No Overnight parking in the General parking lot.” RV and Oversized Vehicle General Parking reads $20.00. Each parking ticket buys one entry, so two show days take two tickets through the portal.
The $425 Dry Pitch
The Fairgrounds sells overnight parking on the grounds under the heading “NOT VENDOR CAMPING.” A dry space costs $425 for five nights, Tuesday January 12 through Saturday January 16, and requires a completely self-contained unit with no hookups. A 30-amp space costs $575 and a 50-amp space $750. Power runs from Tuesday 3 p.m. to Sunday noon, with no water or sewer connection. Every reservation clears the grounds by 4:30 p.m. Sunday January 17 and carries two wristbands good for the five public show days.
Move-in runs in assigned slots: dry 8 to 11 a.m., 30-amp noon to 3 p.m., 50-amp 4 to 7 p.m. Honey Wagon service costs $40 per tank, two tanks maximum, paid in advance, with a Thursday or Friday pickup. The page states no refunds, transfers or exchanges.
Five nights at $425 works out to $85 a night for the site.
Seven Partners Across the Street and Behind It
The Fairgrounds trip planning page lists seven hotel partners with a Distance field for each. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tampa Fairgrounds Casino reads 0.2 miles, and its card says “directly across the street from the Florida State Fairgrounds.”
Wyndham Garden Tampa Fairgrounds/Casino reads 1.5 miles on that field. Its card says one mile and lists a 2025 opening, free parking and an outdoor heated pool.
Staybridge Suites Tampa-Brandon reads 2.7 miles with full kitchens. Hilton Garden Inn Tampa East/Brandon reads 2.8 miles, Courtyard Tampa-Brandon 4.4 miles, Cambria Hotel Tampa-Brandon 5 miles and Hampton Inn & Suites Tampa East 5.0 miles.
Free guest parking at the Wyndham offsets $20 to $24 of Fairgrounds parking across two show days. No partner card publishes a nightly rate.
The Rig Option
A guest who owns a self-contained unit can take the $425 site for five nights on the grounds. A guest arriving by car takes the 0.2-mile room and the $10 general parking ticket.
