The block: Omni Dallas at $274 to $314
The page lists the Omni Dallas at 555 S Lamar St, Dallas, TX 75202, on 214-744-6664. An Omni Reservation button points at a 2027 Hunters Extravaganza offer on the brand booking host. That offer page returned a blocked response to this desk, so confirm the room type behind each end of the range and the booking terms with the property or through the organiser.
The convention center calls the Omni a 1,001-room hotel adjacent to the building. That adjacency is what the block rate buys.
After December 17: the walkable core
The downtown core carries deep inventory. Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas publishes more than 35,000 hotel rooms citywide and 15,000-plus hotel rooms walkable from the building. Visit Dallas publishes 35,559 hotel rooms in Dallas city limits and 10,642 hotel rooms in the walkable Downtown core. The two walkable counts differ by thousands. Ask a shortlisted property to confirm which figure its address falls inside.
Rooms stay findable after December 17. The trade is a published block rate against a rate the property quotes on the day. Ask each property for the nightly rate across all three show nights and the cancellation deadline in writing.
Three nights, fixed by the show hours
The organiser publishes the public hours: Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. A 9 a.m. Friday opening puts the arrival on Thursday, January 7. A 10 a.m. Sunday opening keeps the Saturday, January 9 night. The floor closes at 5 p.m. Sunday, exhibitors must clear the venue by 11 p.m., and on-site security ends at 5 p.m. The stay runs three nights: Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with a Sunday checkout.
Two nights cover the floor and miss Sunday morning. One night covers Friday alone. Price the three nights against the block range at the top and the bottom: $274 multiplied by three is $822, and $314 multiplied by three is $942.
Parking and the airport
The venue publishes two on-site car products. The garage at the intersection of Memorial Dr. and S Griffin St. charges $20 and holds 1,200 spots across two levels. Lot C at 502 S Lamar St. charges $17 and holds 170 spots. ACE Parking runs both, spaces go first-come first-served, and pricing is per day and per entry with no in-and-out. The organiser's own FAQ says event parking sits in the garage and around the facility for a charge, and names no rate.
The venue parking page carries a construction notice. It names ongoing master plan construction and roadwork, recommends mapping the route in advance, and asks for extra time. Dallas Love Field sits seven miles from the building, and DFW runs about 30 minutes.
The order of operations
First, price the Omni block for three nights and get the cancellation deadline in writing before December 17. Second, on December 18, price the walkable core against that figure. Third, hold the three-night count and drop the Sunday night. Fourth, for ten rooms or more, send one request that reaches competing properties instead of calling each property in turn.
