Book Both Nights Before the Wristband Deadline

Two Nights, One Deadline

Lights All Night runs at Fair Park on Wednesday, December 30, 2026 and Thursday, December 31, 2026. The organizer ends each night at 3:00 a.m. That clock sets the room booking.

Two deadlines sit in front of the trip. Wednesday, December 2 decides how a wristband reaches the guest. The event nights decide how many nights the room needs.

Order by December 2

The festival ships wristbands to orders placed by Wednesday, December 2, 2026. Delivery runs through USPS First-Class Mail to United States addresses.

A later order takes one of two routes. The organizer plans an early off-site wristband pickup and says details will be shared closer to the event. The second route is the box office at Fair Park, 3809 Grand Avenue, Dallas, TX 75210. It opens at 5:00 p.m. and closes at 1:00 a.m. on Wednesday and Thursday.

Read that window against the show clock. Gates open at 6:00 p.m. Each night ends at 3:00 a.m. A wristband collected at 12:30 a.m. leaves two and a half hours of music. A guest who flies in on December 30 should book the December 29 night, or land early enough to clear the address by mid-afternoon.

Two 3 a.m. Returns

Night one ends at 3:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 31. Night two ends at 3:00 a.m. on Friday, January 1, 2027.

A check-in on Wednesday, December 30 with a checkout on Friday, January 1 covers both returns. That is two nights and two post-show sleeps. The room is in use from roughly 3:30 a.m. on both mornings.

The organizer bars re-entry and in-and-outs. A guest who passes the gate stays inside until the night ends. The room serves the hours after the close and the hours before the gate.

Ask for Checkout After the Return

Friday, January 1 is the pressure point. A noon checkout gives a guest who returned at 3:00 a.m. about nine hours in the room, and part of that goes to sleep.

A third night answers the problem with a full room charge. A late checkout answers it with a request. Ask the property for a checkout time measured from the 3:00 a.m. return, and ask for the confirmed time in writing before arrival.

Place the request when the room is booked. A room added at the desk on January 1 costs whatever the property quotes that morning. A checkout time agreed at booking costs nothing but the asking.

No Hotel Block, Two Published Lists

The organizer publishes no official hotel and no room block. Its hotel page routes readers to Stay22 and names that tool the preferred hotel search partner. Every rate arrives from a live property search.

Fair Park publishes its own list. The venue names 17 properties within three miles of the grounds, including the AC Hotel and the Residence Inn at 1712 Commerce Street, the Element at 4005 Gaston Avenue and the CANVAS Hotel at 1325 Botham Jean Boulevard. That list carries addresses. Nine of the 17 entries print a phone number.

A group booking responds to a request. hotelhuddle sends one request to 50+ Dallas hotels, hotels answer in 24 to 72 hours, and the platform adds no markup to the rate. Most hotels set group rates at 10 or more rooms per night, and some discount from five.

Parking Is Unpriced and Overnight Stays Are Barred

The organizer has published no parking rate. Its location page says parking information will be shared closer to the event. Lots open at 5:00 p.m. on both days.

Three rules sit on the same page. No overnight parking. No camping or sleeping in a vehicle. No tailgating. The room carries the whole night.

ADA parking takes a valid placard, plate or permit, and the organizer asks for a request through its accommodation form before the event.

What the Venue Changes About the Room Choice

Fair Park houses the main stages indoors. The organizer describes a climate-controlled environment across multiple stages, and the festival runs rain or shine.

Ask each property for two things before booking. The first is the drive or rideshare time back at 3:00 a.m. The second is the checkout time the property will hold in writing.

The Age Rules That Reach the Front Desk

The festival admits guests 18 and older. Alcohol service requires 21 and a physical passport or a United States ID.

Confirm the minimum check-in age at each property in writing before paying a deposit. A group built around younger guests has one question to settle before the room list.

When to Send the Request

The wristband deadline is Wednesday, December 2. The first event night is Wednesday, December 30.

Send the room request now, with two months for hotels to answer. Order the tickets by December 2. Confirm the checkout time and the parking rate in the same week.
