Why the Week Squeezes Supply
Climate Group states the position in its own FAQ. The programme concentrates demand into a few days. The Opening Ceremony falls on the morning of Monday, September 21. The Hub Live runs September 21 and 22 with three plenary flagship sessions and dozens of breakouts, side events and roundtables in one venue. Entry to the interactive Hub Live programme is ticketed at USD $1,100 per person. In 2025 the Hub Live drew 2,500-plus attendees from 85 countries. Eighty-three percent of delegates held senior roles, and 1,700-plus organizations were represented. Host organizations run the rest of the programme, and the official events map spreads those events across the five boroughs.

Three Booking Levers
