Do it Best Corp. holds its Fall Market at the Indiana Convention Center from Friday, September 25 to Monday, September 28, 2026. The show fills the exhibit hall for four days. The Convention Center forecasts 12,000 attendees.
Four show days, four nights
Check in on Friday, September 25 and check out on Tuesday, September 29. That block covers Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights. Add Thursday, September 24 when the first session starts early on Friday morning, so the arrival day stays clear of the show floor.
Your checkout date lands on another arrival date. The MAPP Benchmarking and Best Practices Conference opens at the Convention Center on September 29, the day after the Fall Market closes. Book the departure night with the rest of the block while inventory holds.
The booking window
The organizer sets the show dates. You set the check-in date, the rate and the cancellation terms, and the market moves as September 25 approaches.
One room request reaches competing hotels at once. Group rates start at 10 rooms per night. Available inventory is the constraint. A block requested this week draws from more downtown rooms than the same block requested the week of the show.
Downtown or a suburban base
Downtown Indianapolis holds more than 7,100 hotel rooms, and more than half of them sit within blocks of the Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium. That inventory is the first to fill for a show of this size.
4,700 rooms connect to the Convention Center by skywalk. The skywalks lock down at about 11:00 p.m. and reopen at about 6:00 a.m., and the Convention Center sets those hours per event. A downtown base keeps the walk indoors inside that window.

Downtown carries more than 70,000 parking spaces, and a space at either venue can be prepaid online for the show days.
Two operational details matter for a suburban plan. The Maryland Street canopy is the recommended taxi pick-up and drop-off point, and access may be restricted during certain events. The airport Ground Transportation Center on the first floor of the Terminal Garage connects to bus service, rental cars, taxis, Uber and Lyft, hotel courtesy vehicles and limousines.
Rate plans that hold a plan that changes
Three rate structures reach you in the offers, and they differ in what they permit.
