Where the missing pages sit
Three URLs carry the state of the booking side. The registration page at /2027-annual-meeting/registration/ returns a 404. The hotel slug /2027amhotel/ also returns a 404, while the same slug pattern loads for /2026amhotel/ and /2025amhotel/. The third URL, /2027-annual-meeting/hotels/, forwards to the society's site-wide Hotels page, which lists three Philadelphia properties for the ORS/PSRS Spine Research Symposium on a page dated November 2016.
What the 2027 page carries
The 2027 meeting menu lists Schedule, Spotlight Speakers, Workshops and Symposia, Call for Research Interest Groups, Business Innovation Competition, Industry Innovations in MSK Health, Abstracts, exhibit and sponsorship information, Explore San Francisco and Childcare Resources. It carries no registration item and no hotel item, and the word registration does not appear in the page body.
The exhibitor prospectus carries the meeting theme, Supporting the Framework of Innovation, and no hotel, housing, lodging or room-block line.
The week you are booking
February 19, 2027 is a Friday and February 23 is a Tuesday, so the published span covers four nights against a Tuesday checkout. The prospectus dates the exhibit floor Saturday, February 20 through Monday, February 22. Late-breaking abstract submission runs October 12 to November 9, and the 2027 menu shows the general call closed and late breaking open.
What the last two cycles show
The two live hotel pages show the shape of the block that will arrive. The 2025 page adds a warning worth keeping: ORS housing representatives will never call you to book your room. If you receive such a call, it's a scam. Both pages read closed today, which is the pattern to expect. A block page appears, runs to a cutoff, and turns into a closed notice.

Book the published dates direct and hold a free-cancellation rate. These eight directory properties sit within 400 metres of Moscone West on a straight line.

Ask each property for the difference between its flexible and non-refundable rate and for the cancellation deadline in writing. That deadline is the term that can still move before February.
The re-check trigger
Two pages will announce the block. The first is /2027amhotel/, which returns a 404 today and loaded for 2025 and 2026 under that slug. The second is the meeting page menu, which will grow a Registration item and a Hotel and Travel item the way the earlier cycles did. When the block opens, compare its nightly rate and cutoff against the flexible rate you hold. If the block's terms are non-refundable, the flexible reservation is the hedge worth keeping until the two can be compared.
2028 points to New Orleans
The society publishes its rotation two cycles out. ORS 2028 runs February 11 to 15, 2028 in New Orleans at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans, and ORS 2029 runs February 2 to 6, 2029 in Portland at the Oregon Convention Center.
