What the ticket page prints
The Coconut Grove Arts Festival runs February 13, 14 and 15, 2027, its 63rd edition. The ticket page carries three items: “Get Your Tickets now”, a support line at 888-850-8718, and the line “Valentine's Special is SOLD OUT.”
The FAQ carries a second number, (877) 253-8717, and the address Support@CGAF.com. No page prints an entry price.
Hours and address
Saturday, February 13 runs 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday, February 14 runs 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, February 15 runs 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The grounds sit at 2700 S. Bayshore Drive, Miami, FL 33133, along McFarlane Road, South Bayshore Drive and Pan American Drive.
Sunday is the night that buys Monday
Every partner property checked publishes an 11 a.m. checkout. A Friday and Saturday booking ends one hour into Sunday, the middle day of a three-day festival.
The Sunday night moves the exit to Monday morning and buys the third day. Monday runs seven hours against eight on Saturday and Sunday, and the 5 p.m. close is the reason that night pays.
The Monday morning still costs hours. An 11 a.m. checkout leaves six of the seven Monday hours, so ask for late checkout in writing at booking, or add the Monday night.
The six partner hotels
The festival names six preferred hotel partners in Coconut Grove and describes them as steps or minutes from the grounds.
The Mutiny Hotel, 2951 South Bayshore Drive, checks in from 4 p.m. and out before 11 a.m. The first night's room and tax is charged at booking. Cancellation at least 72 hours before arrival avoids forfeiture of that night, and advance purchase rates carry no refund. Valet is $30 a night plus tax, self-parking is unavailable, and pets are not allowed.
Mayfair House Hotel & Garden, 3000 Florida Avenue, charges a $38 destination fee plus tax per room per day, covering wifi, in-room coffee and tea, two boxed waters daily and use of the hotel's resort bikes. Valet is $25 for six hours or less and $55 overnight. Checkout is 11 a.m., and late checkout is available on request for a charge.
Mr. C Miami Coconut Grove, 2988 McFarlane Road, carries a rooftop pool, Bellini and Il Giardino dining, and the BeAtala Wellness Spa.
Arya Hotel & Suites, 2889 McFarlane Road, carries a squash court, a sauna and a rooftop fitness centre. Its breakfast buffet on the eighth floor is $19 plus tax.
The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove, 3300 SW 27th Avenue, and Courtyard Miami Coconut Grove complete the six.
Hold the flexible rate
The Mutiny publishes the trade in its own terms. A first night's room and tax holds the reservation, and cancellation 72 hours out avoids losing it. Its advance purchase rate is charged in full at booking and carries no refund.
The booking route for a Florida address
hotelhuddle.com's seller-of-travel notice, last updated October 18, 2026, reads that the service cannot process hotel booking requests from residents of or for travel to Florida, Hawaii, Iowa or Washington. The notice covers all hotelhuddle domains.
Book the room with the partner property directly, and keep the destination fee, the valet price and the checkout hour on the confirmation.
The festival rules
The FAQ lists the rules that decide what a guest carries. Bags 12 by 12 and smaller are allowed. Outside food, liquor and beverages are prohibited. Glass bottles, glass containers and cans are prohibited. Personal chairs, tents and large umbrellas are prohibited. Bicycles, scooters and skates are prohibited. Pro cameras, selfie sticks, go-pros and drones are prohibited. Service animals are the only animals admitted.
The sequence
Hold the Sunday night first. Ask for a late Monday checkout in writing, with the hour and the charge. Book the room with the property. Read the festival rules before packing.
