Dealer Week runs December 6 to 9, 2026 at the Tampa Convention Center, 333 S Franklin St. MRAA books rooms through EvolveCon on the HotelMap platform. The booking panel lists four official hotels, and three quote a nightly rate for the conference dates.

The four rates, read October 20

Westin Tampa Downtown Waterside quotes $259 against a $374 reference rate the panel prints beside it, at 31 percent off. The property holds 309 rooms and reads as a five-minute walk to the venue.

Hilton Tampa Downtown quotes $245 against a $307 reference, at 21 percent off. It holds 520 rooms and reads as a ten-minute walk.

Tampa Marriott Water Street quotes $375, with an 8 percent flag and no reference rate printed beside it. It holds 727 rooms and reads as a three-minute walk.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa Downtown Convention Center holds 360 rooms at a three-minute walk. The panel returns "Rooms not available on 6 - December 9, 2026" for those dates. Rates move between reads, so these are the October 20 figures.

What tax adds

Hillsborough County charges a 6 percent tourist development tax, and Florida charges 6 percent sales tax. Both apply to the room rate. Hilton lands at $274.40 a night and $1,097.60 over four nights. Westin lands at $290.08 and $1,160.32. Marriott Water Street lands at $420 and $1,680.

The spread from Hilton to Marriott Water Street is $130 a night, $145.60 with both taxes and $582.40 over four nights. Westin sits $14 above Hilton, which is $15.68 with tax and $62.72 over four nights.

The attendee clause

The panel publishes a Registered Attendees Policy. The rates and rooms cover attendees of the event at the venue: participants, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers and invited guests. The venue and the hotels reserve the right to cancel a booking made by someone who is not attending. A reservation inside the official set carries that clause and the rate the panel prints.

Nine rooms is where the form stops

The panel asks "Booking hotels for your group (9+ rooms)?" and routes those parties to a Group Booking App with group rates. A dealership sending four people uses the standard form.

Which nights the schedule asks for

The widget opens on a December 5 check-in and a December 9 check-out, four nights. That window covers the Sunday workshops and the full programme.

MRAA runs pre-conference workshops on Sunday December 6, the main conference Monday December 7 to Wednesday December 9, and the travel page states the show ends at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday. A delegate arriving Sunday for the Monday opening needs three nights, December 6 to December 9.

What December 5 dates

The booking panel publishes no room cut-off for these blocks. December 5, 2026 is a registration date: MRAA sells at standard pricing through that day and opens on-site pricing on December 6. Rooms and registration run on separate clocks.

Two cards carry a "Deal expires soon" flag with no date attached.

Parking and the last leg

The convention center garage at 141 E Brorein St holds 454 spaces and charges an event rate of $5 to $50, with a maximum height of 6 feet 6 inches. The center lists no long-term parking and points long stays to Pam Iorio at 301 Channelside Dr or Fort Brooke at 107 N Franklin St.

Front Drive at 333 S Franklin St holds 36 metered spaces at $4 an hour from 8 a.m. to midnight, with no overnight parking. None of the official hotels' parking charges appear on the booking panel, so ask at reservation.

Before you book

Confirm the departure date against the 12:30 p.m. Wednesday close, the all-in nightly figure after 12 percent tax, and the parking charge at the property you choose. The panel names a booking concierge, Alice Gray, with an email route and a modify-or-cancel route for a rate question or a date change.
