Four dates, from the organiser

The Portland Spring Home & Garden Show runs Thursday February 25 to Sunday February 28, 2027 at the Portland Expo Center. Book four nights, Thursday through Sunday, and check out Monday March 1.

The Home Building Association of Greater Portland publishes the 2027 dates on its Show Info page, its tickets page and its 2026 recap. The recap closes with “February 25-28, 2027” and reports over 280 exhibitors at the 2026 edition, which wrapped on March 1, 2026. February 25, 2027 falls on a Thursday. February 28 falls on a Sunday.

The first morning starts at 10 a.m.

Clause 3 of the 2027 exhibitor contract requires the exhibit to be complete and in place by 10:00 a.m. on opening day. An exhibitor who misses that mark forfeits the space and the prepaid space costs. The same clause hands the public hours to management.

The hours page carries four dated rows from the 2026 run. Thursday February 26, Friday February 27 and Saturday February 28 open at 10 a.m. and close at 7 p.m., and Sunday March 1 opens at 10 a.m. and closes at 5 p.m. The Expo Center's page for the show carries the same grid in Halls D and E. The 2027 hours arrive with the show's next publication.

The four nights

Thursday February 25 is the first show night. A Thursday check-in puts the crew at the door for the 10 a.m. open with no morning drive.

The nights run Thursday 25, Friday 26, Saturday 27 and Sunday 28, with a Monday March 1 checkout.

Wednesday February 24 buys the opening morning for a crew arriving from outside the metro and turns the stay into five nights.

The Sunday night carries the short day

Sunday closes at 5 p.m. against 7 p.m. on the other three days. A Sunday checkout clears the room before the short day runs. The Sunday night keeps the room through the close and the load-out.

The property's own terms govern every night of the stay. Put the Sunday night in the same reservation as the other three.

What to put in the room request

Name four nights by date, Thursday February 25 through Sunday February 28, and state the Monday checkout. Ask for five terms in writing: the cancellation deadline, the nightly difference between the flexible and the non-refundable rate, whether one rate holds across all four nights including Sunday, the property's own parking charge, and the all-in nightly figure with tax.

A group of 10 or more rooms goes out as one request to 50+ Portland hotels through hotelHuddle. Submission is free, hotels reply within 24 to 72 hours, and the guest pays the property directly with no markup on the rate.

Two checks before the crew confirms

Re-read the hours page before the dates go firm. The Sunday close sets the value of the Sunday night.

Confirm the address. The venue publishes 2025 North Expo Road, Portland, Oregon 97217, and the show's directions page lists 2060 North Marine Drive. The Interstate 5 exits match on both: 306B northbound for Marine Drive West and 307 southbound for Marine Drive.

Parking runs $15 per space per entry, and Metro and the Expo Center charge it. The MAX Yellow Line reaches the Expo Center station a short walk from the doors, and four days of adult fares cap at $22.40 on the $5.60 daily maximum.

Hold the Sunday night. The short day needs the room.
