The sail on February 27

The one dated deadline in the season
Early-bird pricing on reserved seating closes on Thursday, December 31, 2026. The organiser's June 10, 2026 release states that date. The ticket shop states the same date. The same deadline covers the Invasion Brunch.
Reserved seating covers the two January parades. Ashley Children's Gasparilla runs January 23, 2027. Gasparilla Pirate Fest runs January 30, 2027. The February 27 sail falls 28 days after the Pirate Fest.
What the reserved seats cost
The June release gives the early-bird ladder. Children's bleacher seats start at $50 per person, First Mate at $60, and Scully Hospitality at $50 for a child and $160 for an adult. The Parade of Pirates opens at $50 for reserved bleachers, First Mate at $80, Scully's at $185, and the Invasion Brunch at $175.
The live seat maps read higher. Bayshore bleachers at Barcelona read $55 to $65 for both parades. Pirate Fest First Mate reads $80 to $90 across three sections. Scully reads $165 for an adult on the Children's map and $190 on the Pirate Fest map.
The advertised prices include service fees. The shop adds applicable sales tax at purchase. The shop takes no refunds and no exchanges, and children two and under need a ticket unless they stay on the lap of an adult ticket holder.
The Invasion Brunch runs 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Tampa Convention Center. The ticket carries a full brunch buffet, a cash bar and a front row seat to the Gasparilla Invasion, with general seating at the table you pick.
The order that works
Buy any January reserved seat before December 31. That date sits 23 days before the Children's parade and 30 days before the Pirate Fest. The ticket line answers at (813) 251-8844, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Book the room after the seats. A February 27 trip carries no ticket deadline. The two January weekends carry one. The seat price settles on December 31. A room booking carries a cancellation date you can set.
Where the rooms sit
The City of Tampa publishes a hotel list with a distance for each property, measured from the Convention Center. Tampa Marriott Water Street sits at 700 S. Florida Avenue, 0.2 miles out. JW Marriott Tampa Water Street sits at 505 Water Street, 0.2 miles out. The Westin Tampa Waterside sits at 725 S. Harbour Island Boulevard, 0.3 miles out.
The Tampa EDITION sits at 500 Channelside Drive, 0.5 miles out, and is the one Channelside Drive address on that list. Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa Downtown sits at 513 S. Florida Avenue and connects to the Convention Center by sky bridge.
Every distance above measures the walk to the Convention Center. The sail happens at Sparkman Wharf, 615 Channelside Drive. Ask the property for the walk to Sparkman Wharf in writing before you commit a non-refundable night.
How to size a room request

Chapter 559, Florida Statutes, governs the registration. The page states that the company cannot process hotel booking requests from or for residents of Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington.
