Two nights, Tuesday to Thursday
The show runs Wednesday 18 and Thursday 19 November in West Hall at the Tampa Convention Center. Wednesday's exhibit hall opens at 9:00am and closes at 5:30pm. The conference runs 9:25am to 4:30pm, and a networking reception follows from 4:30pm to 5:30pm. Thursday runs shorter: hall 9:00am to 3:00pm, conference 9:30am to 2:30pm.
A Tuesday 17 November check-in and a Thursday 19 November checkout put a delegate in the room the night before a 9:00am opening. Two nights at $209 come to $418 before tax.
The organiser publishes no minimum-night rule for the code. Ask the reservation line whether the Tuesday night prices at $209.
What the rate leaves out
The page prints $209 plus applicable taxes. It carries no tax-inclusive total, no breakfast line, no overnight parking charge and no resort fee. Ask for the two-night total in writing, with each tax line named and each optional charge listed.
The headquarters hotel changed
The Hotel Tampa Riverwalk is under renovation in November. The organiser states that reservations made there transfer automatically to Hyatt Place Tampa Downtown, and that each guest receives an email with the next steps. A delegate with an older Riverwalk booking confirms the new confirmation number before travelling.
Pricing the 12-minute walk
The organiser measures the hotel at a 12-minute walk from the convention centre. The venue's nearby-hotels page puts the same address at 0.5 miles and lists the property as Hyatt Place/Hyatt House. OpenStreetMap foot routing measures 843.9 metres from 325 N Florida Avenue to 333 S Franklin Street, which is 0.52 miles at about 11 minutes.
The venue's entrances page names two event entrances and one administrative entrance. Franklin Street is the main entrance, across the street from the Tampa Convention Center Garage. The Channel Entry is a double door near the waterfront between two sets of escalators. The Administrative Entrance sits across from the same garage, just before the main entrance. Front Drive off Franklin Street is the drop-off point, and the rideshare and taxi space sits just beyond its entrance at 333 S Franklin Street.
