One date carries two clocks
The 2027 Genitourinary Cancers Symposium runs 11 to 13 February at Moscone West in San Francisco. The symposium lists one deadline for housing and for the early registration rate.
The registration page reads: “Hotel Reservation and Early Registration Deadline is December 16, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.” Reservations received after that date are processed on a space-available basis and may carry higher rates.
A second deadline sits on the same calendar date at a different hour. The abstract withdrawal deadline is 16 December 2026 at 12:00 PM NOON ET.
Three windows set the registration fee
The registration table runs one ladder of three windows. Physician and Scientist members pay $975 on or before 16 December 2026 at 11:59 PM ET, $1,125 between 17 December 2026 and 22 January 2027 at 11:59 PM ET, and $1,200 from 23 January 2027. Nonmembers pay $1,495, then $1,645, then $1,720 on the same three dates.
The In-Training line steps $290, $440 and $515 for members, and $375, $525 and $600 for nonmembers.
The mailed badge rides the early date
The symposium’s dates page carries one line on the badge: “Want to receive your Symposium badge in the mail before the Symposium? Register by the early registration deadline!” A registration after 16 December collects the badge on site.
Registration stays open past the closing day
The registration page states its own outer bound: “Registration will remain open through 3:00 PM (PT) on Saturday, February 13.” February 13, 2027 is a Saturday, and it is the closing day of the meeting.
Fifty-nine days separate the rate deadline from that Saturday.
The registration cancellation clock
Registration cancellations close on 7 February 2027 at 11:59 PM ET. A cancellation before that date carries a $75 administrative fee.
Group blocks run through the service centre
Group room blocks go through the Symposium Customer Service Center. The service centre’s block page no longer takes block requests online and routes a block enquiry to guhousing@spargoinc.com.

One official provider
SPARGO, Inc. is the only official registration and housing provider for ASCO meetings and symposia. ASCO states that individuals unaffiliated with either company may entice attendees into booking rooms through illegal third-party websites.
What to do before 16 December
Register first. The badge mailing rides on the registration date. Book the room in the same session. A party that needs a block has one route, the service centre mailbox, and one date to diary.
