Five days of racing at 650 South Griffin Street
HYROX Dallas runs Wednesday 18 November to Sunday 22 November 2026 at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, 650 South Griffin Street. The venue lists Exhibit Halls A, B and C, C Ballroom, and the C1 to C4 and C100 meeting rooms. The first division starts at 8 a.m. Wednesday. The last division closes at 20:30 Sunday. HYROX marks the schedule provisional.
Race housing runs through SportStays, the portal linked from the HYROX Dallas event page. Every reservation goes through that portal. The event page asks guests to keep hotel calls to changes and cancellations inside 72 hours of arrival.
Two charges sit in front of the nightly rate
The portal publishes a one-time $15 reservation fee per room. The fee applies once per reservation, whatever the number of nights. It publishes a $15 advanced deposit per room, per night. The remaining hotel balance is paid at the property on departure.
The portal works its own example. At $150 a night, a guest pays $15 a night up front and $135 plus tax a night at the hotel.
Tru by Hilton Dallas Market Center carries the lowest rate in the block at $117.00 a night. Seven nights come to $819 of room cost. The up-front money is $15 for the fee and $105 of deposits, or $120. That is 14.7 per cent of the room cost.
The Lorenzo Hotel carries $174.00. Four nights come to $696, and the up-front money comes to $75, or 10.8 per cent. A short stay carries the one-time fee at a heavier weight than a long one.
The hold is the free step
A group leader selects Hold Rooms for Group/Team (Gym) in the booking type, sets the exact dates, chooses rooms for each night and confirms the block. The portal charges nothing at that stage and asks for no credit card.
The hold runs five days. The portal emails a link to the block for the leader to forward to the group. An extension goes by email against the Group ID in the G-number format. A hold placed on 22 October runs to 27 October.
Nine cards require two nights
Nine of the fourteen priced properties publish a two-night minimum: the Lorenzo, TownePlace Suites, Fairfield Inn and Suites, Holiday Inn Express, Hilton Garden Inn, Renaissance Saint Elm, Fairmont Dallas, Element Downtown East and Tru by Hilton Market Center.
The Sunday doubles men window runs 17:20 to 20:30 on 22 November. A racer entered in that window cannot book the Sunday night alone at those nine.
What the block quoted on 22 October
The results page listed 18 properties for a check-in of 17 November and a check-out of 24 November. Four showed Some Dates Not Available: Aloft Dallas Downtown at 0.17 miles, Courtyard by Marriott Downtown at 0.40, Westin Dallas Downtown at 0.42 and Great Wolf Lodge Grapevine at 22.07.
Fourteen quoted a nightly rate. Tru by Hilton Market Center is lowest at $117.00 for 2.79 miles and $957.52 for seven nights with taxes and fees. W Dallas Victory is highest at $314.00 for 1.24 miles and $2,585.76 for the same seven nights.
Six cards carry parking inside the rate: the Lorenzo, Magnolia, Hilton Garden Inn, Element, Tru and Le Meridien. Four publish a discounted or nearby lot: TownePlace and Fairfield at $30 a day, Homewood at $25 and Holiday Inn Express at $24. Renaissance Saint Elm lists $55 a night. Fairmont Dallas discounts its overnight parking 20 per cent to $48. Dallas Marriott Downtown prices valet at $35 a day and $57 overnight. W Dallas Victory adds a $35 destination fee per room night, credited to food and beverage.
Nine cards include breakfast: the Lorenzo, TownePlace, Fairfield, Holiday Inn Express, Homewood, Hilton Garden Inn, Element, Tru and Le Meridien. Fairmont adds breakfast at $35 a person. Dallas Marriott quotes $23 for the buffet. Magnolia and W exclude it.
The cut-off date sits off the card
The portal guarantees rooms and rates until the cut-off date or until the block sells out. The cards print no cut-off date.

Place the hold first. It fixes the room count for five days at no cost. Extend it by email while the gym decides. Get the cut-off date and the property's own terms in writing. Then book.
