Hold Sunday to Wednesday: A Crusade Booking Plan for Miami

The Living Proof Miami Crusade takes the Grounds at the Miami-Dade County Fair and Exposition, 10901 SW 24th Street, Miami, for four nights, February 7 through 10, 2027. The ministry's event record gives a 6:30 PM EST start, doors at 5:30 PM, free admission and first-come, first-served seating. The venue calendar publishes the daily window as 6:30 PM to 9 PM.

Four nights fit these dates: check in Sunday February 7, check out Thursday February 11. Two property questions come before any rate comparison. Ask whether the desk stays staffed past 10 PM. Ask whether the stay includes a parking space.

Sunday to Wednesday Bills Four Nights

February 7, 2027 is a Sunday. The last service falls on Wednesday the 10th. A Sunday check-in with a Thursday the 11th checkout bills four nights.

A search entered as February 7 to 10 returns three nights and a Wednesday checkout. That booking ends before the Wednesday service, and every night of this run carries the same 6:30 PM start.

A Nine O’Clock Close Puts Arrival After Ten

The window closes at 9 PM. A family that stays to the end leaves the grounds after the crowd clears. Ask at reservation whether the desk is staffed past 10 PM from February 7 to 10, and how the property hands over a key to a later arrival. Keep the answer with the confirmation.

Price Parking With the Room

The fairgrounds publishes five vehicle entrances: SW 112th Avenue and SW 114th Avenue at Coral Way, SW 21st Street and SW 22nd Street at SW 117th Avenue, and SW 107th Avenue at SW 17th Street. Rideshare pick-up and drop-off enter at Coral Way and 112th Avenue. The handicap drop-off sits at the front of the main entrance.

The same page states that those entrances apply to the annual Youth Fair and may not apply to Fair Expo Center events during the year. Read the venue's notice for this crusade before choosing a gate.

The calendar entry for February 7 through 10 carries the dates, the times and a link to the ministry. It carries no parking price. Ask each property three questions: whether parking is included, the nightly charge where it is not, and whether the lot is gated. Put the room rate and the parking charge on one line before comparing two properties.

Sunday Shares the Grounds With a Volleyball Tournament

The venue calendar lists the Tri-County Volleyball Challenge on February 6 and 7, across Arnold Hall, Reilly Coliseum, Fuchs Pavilion, Edwards Hall and the Fair Expo Grille. The crusade opens on the Grounds the same Sunday.

Two events share the gates that afternoon. Book the Sunday night first and plan to be on the grounds before the 5:30 PM doors.

Thursday Is the Night to Drop

Nothing sits on the grounds for Thursday, February 11. The next entries open on Friday the 12th: the Miami Grit Classic in Arnold Hall, Reilly Coliseum, Edwards Hall and the Fair Expo Grille, and the Miami Winter International Open in the Fuchs Pavilion.

A fifth night holds the room into a weekend when the grounds fill again. Book four and leave on Thursday.

Which Corridor Shortens the Drive

OSM road estimates from the venue address give Miami International Airport 14.0 km and 20.5 minutes, Doral 11.3 km and 15 minutes, Kendall 10.1 km and 13 minutes, Coral Gables 13.8 km and 20 minutes, and Downtown Miami 22.9 km and 24 minutes. A property in Doral or Kendall keeps the post-service drive short on all four nights.

A Group Goes Through One Request

A church party travelling with ten or more rooms sends one request. hotelhuddle notifies 50 or more qualified hotels in the destination. Hotels return competing rate quotes within 24 to 72 hours, and the traveller compares them side by side. The brand charges no commission on the booking.

A party booking two rooms asks the front desk the same two questions. Keep the written answer with the confirmation.

The Order to Book In

Fix the four nights first: Sunday February 7 through Wednesday February 10, with a Thursday checkout. Then ask each property about the desk after 10 PM and the parking charge. Then compare rates on the surviving list.

The ministry recommends booking early and states that rooms fill during crusade weeks. Three bookings sit around these dates on the venue calendar: the volleyball tournament on the opening Sunday and two events on the following Friday. Book the opening night early.
