A one-day festival needs one night
The Ichimura Miami-Japan Garden holds its free Fall Festival on Sunday November 1, 2026. Gates run 10:30am to 4pm.
Book Saturday October 31 as the arrival and Sunday November 1 as the departure. One night covers the event.
The garden sits at 1101 MacArthur Causeway on Watson Island, Miami 33139. Park hours run 9am to 5pm every day.
What the free entry carries
Entrance costs nothing. The programme lists a Bon-Odori ceremony, a cosplay contest with cash prizes, a sushi-making demonstration, Japanese guitar and flute performances, a haiku discussion, taiko drumming by Fushu Daiko and a martial arts demonstration.
Ikebana International Miami Chapter 131 runs two free workshops at 11am and 1:30pm in the first tent. Reserve a free ticket online for the session you want.
What carries a price
The tea ceremony runs $10 a seat. Seating caps at 25 ticket holders at 11:15am and 25 at 1:30pm, and masks are required.
The ticket page labels one control 11:30am Morning Tea Ceremony while the cap statement reads 11:15am. Confirm the hour with the organisers.
A sushi plate runs $10, the yukata experience runs $10 for children and $20 for adults, and calligraphy runs $3 for one name.
Cash and parking
The event runs cash only. The organisers ask guests to bring small bills for food and drink.
The directions page sends cars to the Jungle Island garage. Jungle Island charges $20 for the day and takes a $5 festival coupon.
The coupon brings the day to $15 per vehicle.
Rain or shine
The organisers publish one line on weather: the festival runs rain or shine, the schedule is approximate, and no rainchecks or refunds follow.
Ask the property for the cancellation deadline in writing before the card goes in.
Sunday checkout
A Saturday arrival puts the guest on Watson Island for the 10:30am gate. The festival closes at 4pm.
Ask the property for a 4pm checkout at the time of the request. Where a property caps checkout at 11am, the front desk holds bags for the afternoon.
Place the request
hotelhuddle sends one request to 50 or more hotels in a destination. The platform lists more than 103,857 hotels across 46 states, reports answers in 24 to 72 hours and adds no markup to the booking rate.
Name Saturday October 31 as the arrival, Sunday November 1 as the departure, and Miami as the city. Add the 4pm checkout request and the number of cars that need garage space.
