The two clocks
The Awards Celebration runs Tuesday, December 1, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The Summit runs Wednesday, December 2, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Both clocks sit on culturaltrust.org/summit and on the registration form.
A guest who books the night of December 1 sleeps between the two.
One night and a 3:00 p.m. checkout
Book Tuesday, December 1, and check out Wednesday, December 2. Ask for a 3:00 p.m. checkout when you book. Ask for the answer in writing.
Ask a second question. A 3:00 p.m. checkout is a 3:00 p.m. departure. Ask whether the desk holds luggage after checkout, and until when.
The arrival window
The convention center garage opens at 6:00 a.m. Standard entry is $15 for up to 18 hours with no in-and-out privileges. Event days carry a dynamic $15 to $25 at the gate. Overnight parking is prohibited.
A 5:30 p.m. Tuesday start leaves the drive to the day. A guest who arrives before 9:00 a.m. pays the same $15.
Registration closes Friday, November 20
The registration form asks for completion by Friday, November 20, 2026. Fees are non-refundable, and transfers close on Monday, November 23, 2026.
The published prices are $129 for the awards and the summit, $89 for the celebration alone, $69 for the summit alone, and $712 for a table of eight.
No room block
The venue card links to the Trust for registration and names no hotel. The registration form carries its lodging tab switched off, with the theme placeholder text left in place. A guest who wants a group rate asks a property directly.
