The PDX Invitational runs Friday 22 January to Sunday 24 January 2027 in Hall C at the Oregon Convention Center, 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Portland. Westside Academy hosts the meet and registers entries through USA Gymnastics.
Three dates before the meet
The organiser sets three dates. Final payment falls due 1 November 2026, with a $15 late fee on each athlete registration after it. Refund requests close 1 December. Level changes close 15 December. Against a 22 January first session those dates fall 82, 52 and 38 days out.
Entry costs $140 at Level 2 and Xcel Bronze, $160 at Xcel Silver through Sapphire and at Level 3 to 10, and $150 for all boys. The order of commitments runs entry fee, refund right, level question.
Paying by check moves the first date into October
Westside Academy takes cash, check or an electronic funds transfer, and states that it takes no credit or debit card. Checks go to Westside Academy, Attn: PDX Invitational, 11632 SW Pacific Hwy, Tigard, OR 97223.
1 November 2026 is a Sunday. A check that has to arrive and clear by then goes in the post by Friday 30 October.
The two later dates are hotel dates
Until 1 December the entry money comes back on request, and a room held on a cancellable rate costs nothing inside that window. After 1 December a level change can still move an athlete into a different session block. The organiser publishes no 2027 session grid, so the block stays unknown until the organiser posts it.

Two nights booked, one night held
Book Friday 22 January and Saturday 23 January. A three-day meet puts an athlete in the hall on both mornings. Hold Sunday 24 January as its own cancellable night. A late Sunday block leaves a morning checkout carrying luggage through the last session.
Saturday carries three halls
The January 2027 venue calendar puts the Portland Wedding Show 2027 in Hall D and the World Oddities Expo in Hall E on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24. Hall A stays empty that weekend. Saturday is the night to hold with a reservation in hand.
Five properties inside a walk

Hotel Eastlund, 1021 NE Grand Ave, 603 metres. Courtyard by Marriott Portland Downtown/Convention Center, 435 NE Wasco St, 763 metres. DoubleTree by Hilton Portland, 1000 NE Multnomah St, 1.05 kilometres.
The organiser publishes no hotel block for the 2027 meet. Ask each property for a rate on the exact nights and a cancellation term in writing. A hotelhuddle request reaches 50 or more hotels, replies arrive in 24 to 72 hours, and the guest pays the property directly with no commission added.

The garage cannot carry the stay
The garage holds 800 cars, charges $15 for up to 18 hours, and applies a dynamic $15 to $25 at event entry. It runs first come, first served and prohibits overnight parking. A multi-night stay needs property parking or a transit plan.
MAX is the second car
The Convention Center MAX station sits opposite the main entrance on the Blue and Red lines. The adult fare is $2.80 for two and a half hours, and riding is free after $5.60 in a day. The Red Line reaches Portland International Airport, eight miles out.
What to book this week
Get the session day from the meet director in writing. Book Friday and Saturday on a cancellable rate at one of the five walkable properties. Hold Sunday 24 January on its own cancellable night. Post the entry payment by 30 October for a check, and keep the nights movable through 15 December.
