The Oregon International Auto Show runs February 18 to 21, 2027 at the Oregon Convention Center, 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard. The show occupies Halls A, A1, B, C, D and E and more than 350,000 square feet of exhibit space.
Book the Thursday night first. Thursday is the show's shortest public day and the only evening that carries a second, ticketed event. Friday and Saturday hold the long days. Sunday needs its own decision.
What Thursday buys
Thursday, February 18 runs 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission and the box office close one hour before the show, so the last gate is 3 p.m. Six hours of floor time.
The Sneak Peek Charity Event opens at 6:30 p.m. and runs to 9:30 p.m. The visitor page lists it as a special ticket. Three hours, after a two-and-a-half-hour gap.
A Thursday room covers both. Check in after the 4 p.m. close, walk to the hall for the 6:30 p.m. door, and keep the room for the Friday morning start.
The Sneak Peek page reads "Stay tuned for details on Sneak Peek 2027." The 2026 edition included food and two drink tickets and supported local charities. Treat the food and drink terms as last year's until the 2027 page opens.
The two nights to protect
Friday runs noon to 10 p.m. Saturday runs 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Both carry a 9 p.m. last entry.
Those are the show's ten-hour and twelve-hour days. A booker who leaves Saturday at 10 p.m. wants the room that night, so Saturday night carries the weight.
Ask the property to quote Thursday, Friday and Saturday as separate nights, and ask which of the three it prices as a weekend night. The show publishes no block and no rate, so the nightly quote is the only lever on the bill.
Sunday is a separate decision
Sunday runs 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Children nine and under enter free, and every youth ticket is free that day.
The Sunday show needs a fourth night. A Sunday morning checkout gives up nine hours of floor time.
Settle Sunday before you book. Add the fourth night, or plan the drive home after a 7 p.m. close.
No block, one benchmark: 375 NE Holladay
The visitor page lists one property under Where to Stay: the Hyatt Regency Portland at the Oregon Convention Center, 375 NE Holladay Street, Portland, OR 97232, on 971.222.1234.
The Book Now button points at the property page. It carries no group code and no rate, so the show sells no room block.
Measure every candidate against that address and that phone number. Call 971.222.1234 for the property's own quote, then walk the route to 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard before you commit.
Seven addresses, measured on foot
These are the properties inside the Lloyd District cluster, with the walk to 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard measured on the OpenStreetMap foot profile. Addresses come from the hotelhuddle directory listing for each property.
Inn at the Convention Center, 420 NE Holladay Street: 0.32 km, about 4 minutes.
Motel 6, 518 NE Holladay Street: 0.39 km, about 5 minutes.
Hotel Eastlund, 1021 NE Grand Avenue: 0.39 km, about 5 minutes.
Hyatt Regency Portland, 375 NE Holladay Street: 0.45 km, about 6 minutes.
Quality Inn Downtown Convention Center, 431 NE Multnomah Street: 0.61 km, about 8 minutes.
Courtyard, 435 NE Wasco Street: 0.61 km, about 8 minutes.
DoubleTree by Hilton Portland, 1000 NE Multnomah Street: 1.07 km, about 14 minutes.
Walk the chosen route once in daylight. Holladay Street carries the show's foot traffic in both directions, and the convention center doors sit on the Holladay and MLK sides.
Where the car sleeps
The convention center garage holds 800 spaces under the building. Entry runs from NE Lloyd Boulevard on P1 and NE First Avenue on P2, with 7 feet of clearance on P1 and 9 feet on P2.
The standard rate is $15 for up to 18 hours with no in-and-out privileges. During larger events the garage charges a dynamic $15 to $25 at entry. The drive-through booths take credit and debit cards and touchless payment only.
Overnight parking is prohibited. A car left in the garage cannot stay for the weekend, so the room and the car park go on the same call. 566 metered spaces sit within three blocks.
The show's FAQ quotes its own range for the garage, $12 to $20. Ask the property what it charges guests and whether that rate covers a 10 p.m. return.
Ticket arithmetic before the room
One adult ticket covers one day. A hand stamp allows re-entry on the same day, and a second day needs a second ticket.
Adults pay $20, seniors $15, children 10 to 15 pay $10, and children nine and under enter free. Sunday youth tickets are free.
Four adult tickets cost $72. A Family Four Pack covers two adults and two children for $50. The show publishes no refunds. Hold a cancellable room first, then buy the day tickets.
The booking order
One. Call 971.222.1234 and price Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday as separate nights.
Two. Hold a cancellable room at a property inside a fifteen-minute walk of the MLK doors.
Three. Put the car park and the check-out hour in writing.
Four. Decide Sunday, then buy the day tickets and keep the Sneak Peek ticket separate.
