The rate, as published

Oxford Suites Portland at Jantzen Beach publishes King Suites at $129 plus tax and Queen Suites at $125 plus tax per room. The property sits at 12226 N. Jantzen Drive, Portland, Oregon 97217, phone (503) 283-3030. The page puts it 1.7 miles from the Expo Center.

The page keeps its reservation instruction in a block commented out of the rendered page: a sales contact's email address and a two-digit phone prompt. A visitor sees the hotel's main number and the heading "Portland Golf Show For Exhibitors" above the inclusions. Quote that heading when calling.

What the rate carries

Complimentary hot breakfast runs 6 to 9 a.m. Monday through Friday and 7 to 10 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. A manager's evening reception runs 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. with one beverage alongside soup and breadsticks, nightly except Sunday and Monday. Hayden's Bar + Bistro runs 4 to 10 p.m. The stay adds a 24-hour fitness center, WiFi and free on-site gated parking.

The gated parking covers the car at the hotel. The Expo lot charges separately, and the page lists no shuttle.

Three nights, or two

Friday runs 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday runs 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday runs 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The ticket is good on all three days.

To cover every show day, check in Thursday, March 4 and check out Sunday, March 7. That is three nights, the nights of March 4, 5 and 6. A Friday arrival on March 5 with a Sunday checkout gives two nights and still reaches all three show days, because Sunday ends at 4 p.m.

The two-night shape saves one night and gives up the Thursday evening. That evening puts the guest in the hall at 11 a.m. Friday without a morning drive.

Breakfast closes as the doors open

Saturday and Sunday breakfast ends at 10 a.m., the hour the doors open. A sit-down before 10 is the way to eat and be inside at opening. Friday's 11 a.m. open leaves two hours after the weekday breakfast close at 9.

The reception opens at 5:30 p.m. and runs two hours past the Friday and Saturday closes. It does not run on Sunday, and Sunday is a show day.

The cut-off on the page is a year old

The page reads: "Reserve your reservation by Tuesday, February 10, 2026, for the discounted rate." February 10, 2026 fell on a Tuesday. February 10, 2027 falls on a Wednesday, and the show this rate covers runs in March 2027.

The page carries no 2027 cut-off. Treat the printed date as last cycle's and ask for the current one before relying on the rate.

Five answers to get in writing

Ask for the 2027 reservation cut-off, the King and Queen rate for March 4 to 7, 2027, and the cancellation deadline and penalty. Ask whether the gated parking holds past a Sunday checkout, because the show runs to 4 p.m. and the room does not. Ask whether the block is loaded yet, since a stale cut-off points at a block that has not been rebuilt. Get the answers by email so the rate and the date sit in one place.

Parking at the hall

The Expo Center charges $15 per car per entry, with prices subject to change at special events. The venue accepts cash and major credit cards, and an exit and return counts as another entry. Three show-day entries cost $45 and two cost $30.

The MAX Yellow Line stops at the Expo Center station, a short walk from the entrance. The adult fare is $2.80, and a rider pays no more after $5.60 in a day. Three days of that fare is $16.80 against $45 in the lot.

The page puts the hotel 1.7 miles from the Expo Center and lists no shuttle. The two addresses measure 0.67 miles apart in a straight line, so the printed figure covers the road route. The front desk can name the bus route.

The show prices, from the organiser

Adult admission is $17.50. Seniors 60 and over, active-duty military, police and firefighters pay $16.50. Children 12 and under are free. A $10 Women's Day ticket sells at the box office on Saturday only, with a stage and skills programme from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The Players Tour Pass is $59.99 plus taxes and fees, limited to 250 passes, with the badge and package collected at the show. It carries 16 offers and a bonus general admission ticket. The show note states that prices exclude taxes and venue ticketing fees.

The venue card dates the show a day late

The Expo Center card for this show reads March 6 to 8 with no year, $21.50 general admission and a $69 Players Tour Pass. The organiser reads March 5 to 7, 2027, with $17.50 and a $59.99 pass. March 5, 2027 is a Friday. March 6, 2026 was also a Friday, which puts the card's Friday-to-Sunday span on the 2026 calendar.

The hours agree on both pages: 11 to 5 Friday, 10 to 5 Saturday, 10 to 4 Sunday. The venue prints 2025 North Expo Road and the show prints 2060 N. Marine Drive. Both reach Hall D.

The order to book in

Call the hotel first, because the block terms carry the deadline. Buy the ticket second, because it covers all three days and needs no date. Then set the breakfast sitting against the door time.

Groups booking ten or more rooms a night can send one request through hotelhuddle. The platform states quotes from 50-plus hotels, replies within 24 to 72 hours, and no markup on the rate paid to the hotel directly.
