Four nights behind a three-day show

The Portland Holiday Market runs Friday, Nov. 6 to Sunday, Nov. 8, 2026, in Halls D and E at the Portland Expo Center. Show hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. The organiser publishes two hotel rates for one window: Nov. 4 to Nov. 8. Check in Wednesday. Check out Sunday.

Night one falls two days before the doors open. The final night of the block is Saturday. Sunday morning is checkout, and the hall stays open to 6 p.m. that day. Book the window the rate covers, then plan where the bags sit on Sunday afternoon.

The two published rates

Courtyard Portland North, 1231 North Anchor Way, Portland, OR 97217, holds $139 a night plus fees to Oct. 21, 2026. The organiser puts the property 1.8 miles from the Expo Center and gives the front desk number as 503-735-1818.

Oxford Suites, 12226 N. Jantzen Dr., Portland, OR 97217, holds $109 a night plus fees to Nov. 4, 2026. Nov. 4 is the check-in date itself. The organiser puts the property 1.9 miles from the hall and gives the front desk number as 503-283-3030.

The nightly gap is $30. Across the four published nights the gap is $120.

Two deadlines fourteen days apart

Oct. 21 and Nov. 4 decide the booking. The $139 rate closes two weeks before the $109 rate. A group that waits for the later date loses the first option before it sees the second.

Both cards carry the same routing rule. The rate is available through the organiser link, or by calling the front desk and naming the Portland Holiday Market. The Courtyard card adds that the link does not work through the hotel website or the Bonvoy app.

What neither card states

Both rates read as dollars per night plus fees. The organiser publishes no tax rate, no parking charge and no cancellation deadline for either property. Ask each hotel for four numbers in writing: the all-in nightly figure, the cancellation date, the last night the rate holds, and the price of a stay shorter than four nights.

That last question carries the money. The organiser publishes one span, Nov. 4 to Nov. 8. Whether either hotel honours the rate for two nights sits with the property. A group that needs only the show nights should price the short stay before it books four nights to reach the rate.

The last leg

TriMet MAX Yellow Line stops at the Expo Center station, a short walk from the entrance. An adult fare is $2.80 for two and a half hours, and TriMet stops charging a rider past $5.60 in a day. Bike racks sit beside the MAX stop and outside Halls D and E.

Neither hotel card carries a shuttle or a transit route. Confirm the leg from the hotel door to the station with the property you pick.

Driving carries its own bill. Expo Center parking is $15 per car per entry, and the show grants free parking after 4 p.m. on Friday. A Saturday and Sunday arrival pays $30.

Four nights and the fare

Four nights at $139 is $556 before fees. Four nights at $109 is $436. One MAX ride is $2.80 and a TriMet day costs $5.60. The $30 nightly gap covers five adult day passes. The $120 gap across the stay covers twenty-one.

Fees and tax move both totals. Neither card publishes either figure, so the $120 comparison holds until the properties answer the first question above.

A request across the same dates

hotelHuddle sends one request to 50 or more hotels in a destination and returns the offers in one dashboard. Submitting costs nothing, hotels respond in 24 to 72 hours, and the guest pays the hotel directly. Group rates start at 10 rooms a night, and some properties quote from five.

A Portland request for Nov. 4 to Nov. 8 puts both organiser rates in front of other properties on the same dates. Add the four questions above to the request. A written cancellation date is the term the organiser page omits.

Checklist before Oct. 21

Book the window the rate covers, Nov. 4 to Nov. 8. Ask for the all-in nightly figure. Get the cancellation date in writing. Confirm the last night the rate holds. Price a two-night stay if Wednesday and Thursday go unused. Set the $30 nightly gap against the $5.60 transit cap with both real totals in hand.
