What $1,095 buys in Hall D
The Portland Wedding Show runs Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 January 2027 in Hall D at the Oregon Convention Center, 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. A single 10 by 10 booth costs $1,095. A 10 by 20 runs $1,625, a 20 by 20 runs $2,750 and a vehicle booth runs $1,350.
Every booth carries pipe and drape, a table with linen in four, six or eight foot or cocktail size, 500 watts of electricity, Wi-Fi and a basic listing in the online vendor directory. Three upgrades sit on top: a corner booth at $100, a chosen spot at $200 and a bag stuffer item at $50. The $750 Premium upgrade adds the corner and spot upgrades, a spotlight listing, complimentary OCC parking for one vehicle across three days and early move-in on Thursday 21 January.
The attendee list outlasts the weekend. The show states that exhibitors receive a list after the show with wedding dates and contact details for couples who opted in.
The closing tool sits in the show rules
Signed, Sealed and Rewarded pays a couple 10 percent of a contract signed with an exhibiting vendor during show hours, capped at $250. Four winners are drawn, two per day. Saturday's drawing runs at 3:45 PM and Sunday's at 2:45 PM.
Entry needs the signed contract and proof of deposit at the check-in desk at least 30 minutes before the show closes on that day. Each qualifying contract adds one entry. The winner must be present. The show pays the awarded amount to the vendor about 30 days before the wedding date.
One rule decides the booth build. Contracts signed before or after show hours do not qualify. A property that wants a signed 2027 agreement out of a Hall D conversation needs a contract it can sign on the floor and a deposit it can take there.
Settle the offer before the deposit
The show publishes no booth refund ladder, no cancellation window and no deposit schedule. The exhibiting page and the site terms both come up empty on refunds. The only dated term is that registration closes two weeks before the show, which is Saturday 9 January 2027.
Three questions belong in writing before the deposit: what part of the fee is refundable and until when, what happens to the fee if the show moves or cancels, and how placement is assigned.
Placement has a published answer. Sponsors choose first, chosen-spot vendors pick next in sign-up order, and that upgrade is capped at 30 exhibitors. Same-category vendors are spaced at least 10 feet apart, aisles excluded. A late sign-up places late.
Two clocks, and the one that costs a hotel money
The show prints move-in as Thursday and Friday 21 and 22 January. The venue page prints doors at 11 AM to 4 PM Saturday and 12 PM to 3 PM Sunday. The ticket page prints general admission from 11 AM Saturday and 12 PM Sunday, with VIP entry an hour earlier on both days. The show's own exhibiting page prints 10 AM to 4 PM Saturday and 11 AM to 3 PM Sunday, which is the VIP window.
Move-in is the clock that costs a hotel money. Thursday 21 January is a staffing day away from the property. Friday 22 January is the first day of the PDX Invitational, a gymnastics competition that holds Hall C through 24 January.
Who else is on the floor
The visitor FAQ states that many vendors come with show-only pricing or booking incentives and that popular vendors fill their calendars fast. The vendor directory lists three entries under Guest Accommodations: Jupiter Hotel and Jupiter NEXT, Rosswood Event Center and River's Edge Hotel, and Skamania Lodge. No Lloyd District property beside Hall D appears on that roster.
A hotel within walking distance sells the room a couple can reach on foot from the show floor.
What a booth has to answer
A wedding show sells a date. The couples in Hall D choose a venue and a room block. No page publishes a hotel group rate, an attrition clause, a food and beverage minimum or a deposit schedule for this show. Those terms come from the property, in writing, before a couple signs.
Four questions belong on the booth sheet, each with an answer staff can hand over: the 2027 group rate for a block of ten rooms or more, the number of days before arrival the block releases without penalty, the attrition threshold, and who signs the contract.
The order of commitments
The 2026 edition ran 109 vendors, 2,684 attendees and roughly 1,005 weddings. Across 109 booths that averages about nine weddings per vendor. The room does not convert evenly.
Choose the booth size and the spot upgrade first, because both are capacity-limited. Get the refund and placement terms in writing before the deposit. Build the on-floor contract and the deposit mechanism before the show, because the drawing counts signatures taken during show hours. Book staff rooms for Thursday 21 through Sunday 24 before move-in week. The garage holds 800 cars, charges a dynamic $15 to $25 at entry on event days and prohibits overnight parking.
