The San Francisco Coffee Festival 2026 runs Saturday November 7 and Sunday November 8 at the Festival Pavilion, Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture, 2 Marina Blvd. The organiser calls this the tenth annual edition, and the ticketing listing carries the same count. Two session blocks a day, one ladder, and one line that sells out first.
The two days share the sessions and the vendors
The schedule is identical on Saturday and Sunday. Session 1 runs 9 to 10 a.m. for Early Admission and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for General Admission. A Service Break follows from 1 to 1:30 p.m. Session 2 runs 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. The organiser adds: "All service stops 15 minutes prior to the end of each Session time."
Vendors do not change between days. "There is no difference in the vendors for each day. The only substantive difference is some of the panel talk topics and entertainment performances." The published line-up confirms it. Saturday Session 1 has Jermaine, Session 2 has Mae Powell. Sunday Session 1 has Tom Quell and Liv Belda, Session 2 has Top Chefs and Kelsey Kindall.
The ladder as it stands today
The buying page carries an aggregate price range of $31.65 to $109.24, quoted in US dollars and marked in stock. Every price on the page includes its fee and its sales tax. The tiers behind that range are uneven, and the cheap ones are largely gone.
Saturday: the 9 a.m. Early Admission slot offers VIP Early Admission Session 1 in a final-few tier at $74.77, and the VIP All Day Pass covering 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at $109.24, marked "Sales end on Nov 7, 2026." Three tiers in that slot are closed: the $50.56 and $63.17 Early Admission tiers and the $73.62 All Day Pass Early Bird.
Saturday's 10 a.m. General Admission session prints as sold out, with no tier on sale. Session 2 at 1:30 p.m. carries General Admission at $45.53, and its $31.65 Early Bird tier is sold out.
Sunday: the 9 a.m. slot carries VIP Early Admission at $63.17 and the VIP All Day Pass Early Bird at $73.62, both on sale, with the $50.56 Early Admission Early Bird closed. The 10 a.m. General Admission session offers one live tier, a final-few seat at $50.56, and its $31.65, $37.97 and $45.53 tiers are sold out. Session 2 carries General Admission at $37.97, and its $31.65 Early Bird is sold out.
Early Admission buys the 9 a.m. hour
The organiser answers the upgrade question directly: "if you buy an Early Admission ticket, it includes the GA time too." The only difference is the extra hour and a faster entry line. Once inside, a VIP Early Admission pass does not skip lines. For a reader who wants the quiet first hour and then the full session, the upgrade carries no second booking step.
The All Day pass is the scarce line
The organiser describes the All Day pass as the limited product: "A limited number of All Day passes are available for purchase." Holders get both sessions of the chosen day, in-and-out privileges, and the exclusive option to stay inside during the Service Break, when service stops and roasters take their rest. It is the only pass type on the page that spans the day and keeps the reader on site through the gap.
Saturday's 10 a.m. session has already sold out
Saturday General Admission at 10 a.m. is closed, so a Saturday reader chooses between the 9 a.m. Early Admission slot at $74.77 in its final-few tier, the All Day pass at $109.24, and Session 2 at 1:30 p.m. from $45.53. A Sunday reader has all three slots open. The lowest live General Admission ticket is $45.53 on Saturday and $37.97 on Sunday.
No official hotel partner is published for 2026
The organiser's own about page answers the lodging question and leaves it open: "Thinking about staying over? We're looking for an official hotel partner for 2026, and will update the information here." There is no block, no code and no cut-off, so the reader books on the open market.
The directory's nearest inventory sits on the Lombard Street corridor, on straight-line distances from the Festival Pavilion computed from the network's own property coordinates on the October 14, 2026 read: Marina Inn, 1688 Lombard Street, 692 metres; The Fairmont Heritage Place Ghirardelli Square, 900 North Point Street, 697 metres; Town House Motel, 1650 Lombard St, 721 metres; Star Motel, 1727 Lombard Street, 745 metres; Redwood Inn, 1530 Lombard Street, 752 metres; Ramada Limited San Francisco, 1940 Lombard St, 758 metres; Coventry Inn, 1901 Lombard Street, 803 metres. Those are straight-line figures, not walking routes.
The venue address carries two postal codes across the two published sources. The organiser's venue page reads 2 Marina Blvd, San Francisco, CA 94123. The ticketing listing reads 2 Marina Boulevard, San Francisco, CA 94109.
Getting there, and what parking adds
Fort Mason Center's own directions page places the main campus entrance off Marina Blvd at Buchanan Street. MUNI lines 28, 30, 30X, 43 and 49 serve the campus, and Golden Gate Transit stops at Lombard and Fillmore Streets. Parking is paid and the lot fills up occasionally. Fees run 7:00 a.m. to midnight daily, event-day rates step from $6.00 for the first hour to $30.00 for four hours or more, overnight parking is not permitted, and the venue warns that fees may rise on high-attendance dates.
What to confirm before paying
Two published terms disagree on flexibility. The organiser's ticket page reads "This offer is final sale and nonrefundable." The ticketing listing carries "Refunds up to 30 days before event," and the buying widget repeats it as "Easy refunds — cancel up to 30 days before the event and get your ticket refunded." Get the refund position in writing before buying.
Two other terms are firm. A pass is valid only for the date and session purchased. Session transfers sit at the organiser's discretion and are "never permitted within 48 hours of event start time." Coffee tastings from vendors are included, food is sold separately, and reusable cups are welcome.
