Win the Storm 2026 runs Wednesday 28 to Friday 30 October in Exhibit Hall C and the C Ballroom at Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas, 650 S Griffin St. The organiser's travel page carries one housing control, labelled Book Your Hotel. It opens aRes Travel's reservation site with the search already set to 27 October in and 31 October out.
The show publishes no rate and no block terms. The partner page prints a disclaimer in their place. Rates, deposits and cancellation policies vary and are the guest's responsibility, and changes or cancellations go through the contact details in the confirmation email. Four nights for a three-day show
The agenda sets the first night. Wednesday opens with a 6:10 a.m. group 5K on the Katy Trail, registration from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., the mainstage from 4 to 6 p.m., and the Roofer Games from 7 to 10 p.m. at Sandy Pickle, 5683 Village Glen Dr. An 8 a.m. badge pickup means a bed on Tuesday 27 October.
Friday closes the run with registration 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., the vendor floor 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Hall C, and the closing and raffle at 3:45 p.m. Three nights, Tuesday through Thursday, carry a full attendee to a Friday checkout.
The partner window books four. A 27 October check-in against a 31 October checkout adds the Friday night to the bill. That night costs whatever the property's average reads. The checkout date is editable on the search form before the booking is placed.
The exclusions that catch company travel
The page states that government, military, AAA and tax-exempt pricing are not available through the booking site. A team travelling on a tax-exempt certificate, a government per diem or an AAA card will not find that category in the partner list. Those rates have to come from the property.
What the partner list prices today
Read on 22 October 2026 for the 27 to 31 October window, the list returns 33 Dallas properties. Twenty-nine carry an average nightly rate between $116 and $4,354. The median of the 29 sits at $294, and 16 of them price under $300.

The hotel attached to the hall
The Omni Dallas Hotel is the property attached to the convention center. The City of Dallas owns the building, Omni manages it, and the count is 1,001 rooms. Tonight it reads $295 average nightly on the partner list.
A group that fills a block there deals with one sales office for a building attached to the hall. Wednesday spans an 8 a.m. registration desk and a 7 to 10 p.m. event at Sandy Pickle, 5683 Village Glen Dr.
Where the partner site stops
The partner site sells one room at a time at a public rate, under the property's own deposit and cancellation terms. The list carries no group rate, no attrition clause and no cut-off date.

Parking and the airport run
On-site parking costs $20 a day in the garage at Memorial Dr. and S Griffin St., or $17 a day in Lot C at 502 S Lamar St. Both sell first come with no in and out. Three days cost $60 in the garage or $51 in Lot C. The venue puts Dallas Love Field seven miles out, DFW about 30 minutes away and Dallas Executive 10 minutes away.

The order to book in
Set the checkout date first. A three-night stay ending Friday 30 October removes one night from the partner total before any rate comparison begins.
One room: book through the partner page on the corrected dates and read the deposit and cancellation terms in the confirmation email. Ten rooms or more: send a block request on the same dates and compare what comes back against the board above. A tax-exempt, government, military or AAA rate: take it to the property, because the partner page excludes the category outright.
