Doors at 10, the pass at 9
Collect-A-Con runs Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 October 2026 in Exhibit Hall B at Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas, 650 S Griffin St. The venue page and the organiser page both print 900+ vendor tables. General doors open at 10 a.m. on both days. The floor closes at 6 p.m. Saturday and 5 p.m. Sunday. The organiser's FAQ carries the line that decides the ticket: VIP Fast Pass holders enter at 9 a.m. on both mornings.
Four prices on the checkout
Universe runs the organiser's ticket checkout. Four tiers carry a price for this weekend.
Sunday 25 October, general admission — $41.13, made up of $30.00 and $11.13 in fees and taxes.
Saturday 24 October, general admission — $46.70, made up of $35.00 and $11.70.
2 DAY PASS — $63.43, made up of $50.00 and $13.43.
VIP FAST PASS — $130.33, made up of $110.00 and $20.33.
A fifth tier, the Soulja Boy meet-and-greet pass, reads Sold Out and carries no price. The event listing quotes the weekend range as $41.13 to $174.93.
Two single days cost $87.83. The 2 DAY PASS costs $63.43, so a buyer at both days saves $24.40 on the pass. Sunday alone is the cheapest ticket on the checkout. The Saturday concert sits inside the 2 DAY PASS and inside the VIP FAST PASS. The Sunday single carries no concert line.
What the $66.90 buys
The VIP FAST PASS costs $66.90 more than the 2 DAY PASS. The checkout lists four items for that gap: entry at 9:00 a.m. on both days, a VIP Fast Pass line at each celebrity guest for autographs and photographs, an exclusive Collect-A-Con lanyard, and the Saturday concert.
The FAQ adds a wristband to the lanyard and puts a marked line at each special guest for Fast Pass holders.
Autographs and photographs sit outside every tier. Each guest sets a fee at that guest's table on the day. The FAQ states that a guest may take cash, a card, or neither. Budget the guest fee beside either ticket. Both tiers reach the guest tables.
Two adults across both days
Two 2 DAY PASSES cost $126.86. Two VIP FAST PASSES cost $260.66, which is $133.80 more for the pair. One VIP buyer beside one general buyer comes to $193.76.
Saturday runs eight hours from the 10 a.m. door to the 6 p.m. close. Sunday runs seven. A Fast Pass buyer entering at 9 a.m. gets nine hours on the Saturday floor and eight on the Sunday.
The nights a 9 a.m. start implies
Badge pickup happens on the day of the show. The FAQ rules out a Friday collection, so a 9 a.m. Saturday entry means being at the hall that morning.
The organiser page names one hotel. Omni Dallas sits at 555 S Lamar St with a BOOK NOW link to bookings.omnihotels.com/event/dallas/2026-collect-a-con. That address returned a Cloudflare block page on every attempt this desk made today, so the organiser route publishes no room rate and no block terms.
Arrive Friday 23 October and check out Sunday 25 October for two nights across both show days. A single Saturday night covers the 9 a.m. entry and the Saturday floor. Sunday runs to 5 p.m., so the second night puts a room behind the Sunday session.
Parking and the door rules
Parking costs $20 a day in the garage at Memorial Dr. and S Griffin St., 1,200 spots over two levels, or $17 a day in Lot C at 502 S Lamar St., 170 spots. Both price per day per entry with no in and out, and both sell first come. Two show days cost $40 in the garage or $34 in Lot C.
Backpacks and bags are allowed and may be searched. The hall offers no bag check. Outside food and drink are barred. Children enter free at 7 and under on the Dallas page and under 7 on the FAQ. The organiser offers no military discount. Cosplay is allowed with no sharp objects and no realistic guns. JSA handles autograph authentication on site. Card submissions are taken on site with no on-site grading.
The order to book in
The guest list sets the tier. A buyer chasing two or three named guests needs the marked line, and that line is the $66.90. A buyer working the floor for cards needs hours, and the 2 DAY PASS buys both days for $24.40 less than two singles. A Sunday-only visitor pays $41.13.
The room comes second, priced against the nights the tier requires. One or two rooms: the Omni booking page the organiser links is the direct route. Ten rooms or more a night: hotelhuddle puts one request in front of 50+ hotels, returns offers in 24 to 72 hours, adds no markup and charges nothing to submit, and some properties discount from five rooms.
Parking comes last. Prepay $20 or $17 a day, because the lots take no in and out.
