One hall, two days, six tiers

PlantCon Dallas runs Saturday, October 24 and Sunday, October 25, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day, in Exhibit Hall C at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas, 650 S. Griffin Street. The floor carries a 200-booth plant market, plus workshops, seminars and a plant competition.

The published ladder

Sunday one-day admission is $39 plus tax and rises to $45 plus tax on the weekend of the event. It carries 10 a.m. entry, a woven wristband, and no re-entry.

The GA 2-Day pass is $49 plus tax and rises to $55 plus tax on the weekend. It permits re-entry, includes a convention T-shirt while supplies last, and opens workshop sign-up online one week before the show.

Early Entry is $84 plus tax at 9 a.m., and adds a badge, a lanyard and access to the 21-and-over opening reception. VIP is $249 plus tax at 8 a.m., and adds a $25 workshop credit, complimentary plant locker access, reserved front rows at presentations and a 14-inch tote. Industry is $495 plus tax at 8 a.m. A child pass is $5 for one day with an adult ticket.

Buy three or more tickets in one order and $5 comes off each one.

Saturday has no single-day ticket

The Sunday pass is Sunday only. The organiser's own note on that product says a Saturday visit requires the GA 2-Day. The cheapest route into both days is $49 plus tax. An adult route into Saturday starts at that same $49.

Which tier pays across two days

The $10 gap between the Sunday pass and the GA 2-Day buys the Saturday. The $35 gap to Early Entry buys one hour of earlier access and the reception. The $200 gap to VIP buys two hours of earlier access, a $25 workshop credit, a locker that otherwise costs $10 per square foot, and reserved seating.

Workshops are sold as separate workshop tickets, so price the ones you want before comparing tiers. Three GA 2-Day passes cost $132 with the multi-ticket discount against $147 at the sticker price. Two adults on 2-Day passes cost $98, and a child pass adds $5 for one day.

The hotel block is closed

The Hotel Information control on the PlantCon Dallas page opens a Passkey block titled PlantCon International Attendee Block, running October 19 to 29, 2026, with one property. That property is Aloft Dallas Downtown, 1033 Young Street, Dallas, Texas 75202.

The block page states that the site is now closed and that reservations are closed, then sends callers to the hotel at 214-761-0000. That number is the only published route to a room inside the block. The Aloft sits 0.15 miles from the convention center at 650 S. Griffin Street on a straight line.

Two nights, and what fills them

The show runs 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. both days, so one night covers a single day. Re-entry on the 2-Day pass lets you leave the hall and return the same day, which matters on a floor this size.

Programming starts at 10:30 a.m. Saturday with a tissue culture workshop, followed by a presentation on ten common plant hacks. Plant competition entries close at 2 p.m. on the Saturday programme. Arrive Friday and leave Monday for the full weekend.

Parking is per day and per entry

The on-site garage at Memorial Drive and S. Griffin Street charges $20 per day per entry, across two levels and 1,200 spaces. Lot C at 502 S. Lamar Street charges $17 for 170 spaces. ACE Parking runs both, both are first-come first-served, and neither allows in-and-out. The venue warns that master plan construction and roadwork slow arrival beyond what the map suggests.

Dallas Love Field sits seven miles away. DFW is about 30 minutes out. DART serves the building.

Book the ticket first

The tier prices rise when the show weekend begins, so the current figures hold until Saturday morning. Passes run through Zeffy, which adds a contribution to the cart by default and lets the buyer change the amount or decline it.

The room is the second decision. The block is shut, so the property quotes direct. Ask the Aloft for the show rate and the cancellation terms in writing before you pay.

For a group of ten or more rooms, hotelhuddle sends one request to 50 or more hotels, with responses inside 24 to 72 hours and no markup. Some properties quote from five rooms. Texas is not on the state restriction list that currently covers Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington, so a Dallas request can be processed.
