One venue, four published windows
Spectrum Miami and Red Dot Miami share a building, a ticket and a calendar. The 2026 edition runs Wednesday, December 2 through Sunday, December 6 at Mana Wynwood, 2217 NW 5th Avenue at NW 22nd Street. The fair publishes a VIP and press preview on Wednesday from 5 to 6 p.m., an opening night preview from 6 to 9 p.m. that admits guests 21 and over or accompanied by an adult, public hours Thursday, Friday and Saturday from noon to 8 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m. Every night decision comes out of those four lines.
Wednesday is the night the ticket prices
The all access pass at $70 plus a $3.73 fee, $73.73 at checkout, covers the opening night preview and unlimited entry Thursday through Sunday. The one-day general admission at $30 plus a $2.33 fee, $32.33, is valid for one of December 3 to 6 and states that it excludes the preview. Door pricing rises on December 2: $95 for the all access pass and $50 for general admission, both before processing fees. A visitor who arrives on Wednesday needs the all access pass to enter the preview.
Thursday, Friday and Saturday: three eight-hour days
Those three days run noon to 8 p.m., so they carry eight hours each and the heaviest demand. They also settle the ticket arithmetic. Three one-day general admissions at $32.33 come to $96.99, and the all access pass at $73.73 covers the same three days and adds the preview. A booker who stays Wednesday through Saturday has committed to the pass.
Where the room has to sit
Mana Wynwood sits 1.7 km from Ice Palace Studios and 2.5 km from One Herald Plaza by road, which puts the Wynwood properties within a short drive of three mainland venues. Arlo Wynwood answers 0.65 km from the Mana door. The property publishes no nightly rate on its own site, and the fair publishes none either, so the room number has to come from the property.
The Sunday release, tested
A four-night hold, Wednesday December 2 to a Sunday December 6 checkout, ends on Sunday morning, before the noon opening. That leaves the last six hours of the fair outside the room. Two fixes exist and both have a cost. Late checkout depends on the day and on availability, so the answer has to be asked before anything is cancelled. The second fix is the fifth night, Sunday December 6, which holds the room through the 6 p.m. close.
The bag rule sharpens the choice. The fair’s attendee FAQ bans suitcases of any kind, along with large bags, backpacks, computer bags and anything bigger than a handbag. A guest who checks out on Sunday morning cannot carry a suitcase into the venue, so a Sunday visit after checkout means storing the bag at the hotel, driving back to the fair, and returning for the bag. The fifth night removes three trips and keeps the room through the only six-hour day of the run.
The $33 car park is a guest cost
Parking at Mana Wynwood runs first come, first served at $33 plus tax for all days. Payment is due at entry, the ticket is valid for 12 hours, and it carries no overnight parking privilege and no in and out privilege. Ten ADA stalls sit on site, and the fair routes overflow to a ParkWhiz lot in the Wynwood neighbourhood. Each entry pays the full $33. A guest who drives out for lunch and returns pays twice, and the venue lot cannot hold a car overnight. Across a Wednesday-to-Sunday stay the car moves to the property’s own parking arrangement.
No block, and the organiser says so
Redwood Art Group publishes an accommodations section stating that the company is not affiliated with any booking site and cannot act as an intermediary. The search button on that page runs a hotel query on the venue name. These pages carry no partner list, no cut-off date and no group rate.
The Florida restriction
hotelhuddle.com/seller-of-travel, last updated October 18, 2026, states that the platform cannot process hotel booking requests from residents of or for travel to Florida until its Florida Seller of Travel registration is obtained. The page names Hawaii, Iowa and Washington on the same list, cites Chapter 559 of the Florida Statutes, and routes questions to compliance@hotelhuddle.com.
A Miami booking goes to the property directly, on a rate with a written cancellation deadline.
The booking order
Buy the all access pass before December 2 and save $21.27 against the door price. Hold Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday first, because those four nights carry the preview and the three eight-hour days. Treat Sunday as a separate decision taken with two numbers in hand: the late checkout fee and the price of the fifth night. Ask the property to confirm its cancellation deadline and the gap between its flexible and non-refundable rate in writing before paying a deposit.
