Participants and teams are roster counts. The page publishes no travel-party size, no room block, no nightly rate and no cancellation term. The walk was also offered virtually, so the in-person share is unpublished. A desk that multiplies 2,598 by an assumed party size invents a number.

Straight-line from the gate, the closest branded rooms sit inside 7 km. Comfort Suites Miami Kendall at 3901 Southwest 117th Avenue is 2.3 km. Courtyard Miami at Dolphin Mall is 3.9 km. DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Doral is 4.5 km and Residence Inn Miami Northwest is 4.6 km. La Quinta Inn & Suites Miami Airport West, Sonesta Simply Suites Doral and InterContinental at Doral Miami sit at 6.3 km. Best Western Miami Airport Hotel Suites is 6.5 km. The Main Entrance Building carries two floors with meeting areas, 28 enclosed ticket windows, air conditioning, elevator access, a kitchen area and nearby parking. The venue publishes a parking lot map and no posted parking price.
The venue runs no room block. Its licensing line states that the Miami-Dade County Fair & Exposition, Inc. "is not affiliated, nor does it endorse, any activity on its fairgrounds when licensing the use of its fairgrounds to a third entity".
