Hack Your Health runs 13 to 15 November 2026 at the Tampa Convention Center, 333 S Franklin St. Three pass tiers and nine nearby hotels make up the whole published offer, and the order a buyer takes them in decides what the weekend costs.

The pass first

The 3 Day Core Access Pass is $397 against a $597 door price, printed as $200 off and under $133 a day. It carries on-demand replays of every session, valued at $197, and a tote bag. The 1 Day Core Pass is $197 and admits one chosen day with no replay access, so three single days cost $591 and $194 more than the three-day pass. The VIP Experience Pass is $1,197, capped at 100 people, and adds front-row seating, the lounge, evening events, a performance shirt and complimentary convention centre parking.

The refund page removes the ticket as a fallback: Hack Your Health does not issue refunds under any circumstances. Transfers to another person close on 1 November 2026 and run on a written request with the confirmation number and the new holder's details.

Then the nights

The show clock is Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 8 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. A Friday arrival lands after the first morning of sessions. A Thursday 12 November arrival covers all three days and ends at a Sunday checkout that clears the 3.30 p.m. close.

A Friday-to-Sunday stay covers Saturday in full and the Sunday morning. That window fits a Saturday-only attendee, and the 1 Day Core Pass fits the same buyer. The three-night window from Thursday covers the full programme.

Nine hotels, no contracted rate

The host block at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa is sold out at $239 a night. The organiser lists nine hotels inside a mile and states that none sits in a discounted Hack Your Health block. The list runs Tampa Marriott Water Street and JW Marriott Tampa Water Street at about 0.2 miles, Westin Tampa Downtown Waterside and Hilton Tampa Downtown at about 0.3, Hyatt Place, Hyatt House, Aloft and ROOST Tampa at about 0.4, and Courtyard by Marriott Tampa Downtown at about 0.7.

No rate, cancellation term, cut-off date or room count appears for any of the nine. Price the addresses nearest the door as one group of quotes and ask each of them for the same four figures: nightly rate, room type, cancellation date and parking charge.

Parking and the streetcar

The convention centre garage is at 141 E Brorein St, with Pam Iorio at 301 Channelside Dr and Fort Brooke at 107 N Franklin St within walking distance. The organiser states that rates vary by event and that pre-paid parking is not available. Its FAQ puts the connected garage at an hourly charge or a $15 daily maximum. The city's table lists $3 an hour with an $18 non-event maximum, and a flat $5 to $50 event rate at six facilities.

The TECO Line Streetcar is free between downtown, Sparkman Wharf and Ybor City, and stop 10 at Dick Greco Plaza sits across from the front drive. A room on the line takes the parking line off the stay.

The order that holds

Buy the pass, choose the nights from the show clock, and book a room on a cancellation date you can live with. The pass commits the money and the room can still be released. Two nights cover Saturday and the Sunday morning. Three nights from Thursday cover the full show.
