The order
Time To Drive takes over the Mana Wynwood Convention Center, 318 NW 23rd St, Miami, on November 7 and 8. The festival runs 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on both days.
Book the room in this order: the official hospitality block first, a Wynwood walk-up second, then the Design District, Downtown or Brickell.
Two festival days, and a Friday track day
The organiser's FAQ settles the span. The main festival takes place November 7-8 at Mana Wynwood. November 6 is Driver's Seat, a track experience at The Concours Club for registered VVIP guests, starting 5:30 p.m.
The homepage banner reads November 6-8, 2026. The venue's own calendar lists the show as Friday, November 6 at 6:00 p.m., from $65.
First call: the JW Marriott Marquis block
The venue and accommodation page names JW Marriott Marquis Miami as the festival's Official Hospitality Partner and sends guests there for "exclusive preferred rates."
The Book Now link resolves to a Passkey block page headed TIME TO DRIVE. No property rate and no cancellation term render before the reservation step.
Ask the block for the nightly figure, the last day to cancel and the deposit. The Marquis sits 2.75 miles from the venue, about 8 minutes by road.
Second call: Wynwood, on foot
Arlo Wynwood at 2217 NW Miami Court sits 0.55 miles from the Convention Center, about 2 minutes by road.
It publishes 217 rooms and an urban fee of $35 plus tax per room per night. Valet parking runs $45 plus tax for a sedan ($54.90) and $55 plus tax for an SUV ($67.10).
Check-in runs at 3:00 p.m. and checkout at 11:00 a.m. Early check-in between 9:00 a.m. and noon costs $50 when the desk has the room.
Third call: Design District, Downtown, Brickell
The organiser's FAQ recommends Wynwood, the Miami Design District, Downtown Miami or Brickell, and asks out-of-town guests to book early.
Those three corridors sit further from the gate. Sort them on total nightly cost and let drive time settle the tie.
Saturday is the night that goes first
Every guest attending both festival days needs the Saturday night. November 7 is the room to secure first.
Capacity at the festival is limited. Tickets run final and strictly non-refundable.
Sunday checkout against a 7:30 p.m. close
Sunday Cars and Coffee opens at 7:00 a.m. for car clubs and VVIP guests. The festival runs to 7:30 p.m. that evening.
A standard 11:00 a.m. checkout lands in the middle of it. Hold the Sunday night as a third room, or ask the hotel for a late checkout and a bag hold.
The bag hold matters once you check out. The festival enforces a clear-bag policy and bars luggage, backpacks and camera bags at the gate.
No re-entry, and a ticket on sale now
Re-entry is not allowed. A mid-day trip back to the room ends at the gate.
The ticket page sells four tiers: Full Access Day One at $75, Full Access Day Two at $75, Two Day Full Access at $125 and The Grail VVIP Pass at $1,150. The Grail pass covers November 6 to 8 and includes Driver's Seat.
Panel add-ons run $75 for Matt Farah's sessions, $75 for Spike's Car Radio and $50 for Larry Chen. The Grail pass includes all of them.
Tickets sell at timetodrivefest.com and in the 0260 app. The FAQ asks guests to claim the ticket in the app before arriving.
Parking and the last mile
Mana Wynwood runs a 240-vehicle lot beside the Convention Center with 400+ spaces on site, including ADA spaces, at $10 to $50 a day depending on the day. Payment falls due on entry.
Entrances sit on NW 23rd Street between NW 5th and NW 2nd Avenue, or on NW 2nd Avenue between NW 23rd and NW 22nd Street.
The festival sells a prepaid parking pass at $100 a day for the lot behind Mana 320, reached from 2nd Avenue and 22nd Terrace.
The venue measures 7.1 miles from Miami International Airport and 6.9 miles from the Amtrak station. The Orange Line stops at Culmer Station.
What the block does not publish
The organiser states that hospitality recommendations and official partner offers reach guests through its website and official channels.
Until that detail lands, the block page and the property hold the two places to get a number in writing. Call both before a card goes down against a non-refundable ticket.
