The two days and three posted prices
The Real Deal Miami Real Estate Forum runs November 4 and 5 at the Mana Wynwood Convention Center, 318 NW 23rd St, Miami. Doors run 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both days.
The organiser forecasts 6,000+ professionals across development, brokerage, finance and investment. The expo floor carries 100+ exhibitors.
A hotel sales lead working the floor for group business reads three posted prices: General Admission at $275, VIP Admission at $400 and All-Access at $800.
What each pass opens
All four passes carry both days, the Main Panel Room, the Innovation Stage and the Expo Floor with 100+ exhibitors.
VIP adds the VIP Greenroom with speakers, a premium bar and bites, and the VIP Photo Studio.
All-Access adds both Power Breakfasts, the Top Agents and Brokerages Reception, one after-party invitation for each night, limited-edition swag and the TRD Subscriber Suite.
The add-on math
General Admission at $275 plus both Power Breakfasts at $100 a day plus the reception at $75 comes to $550.
VIP at $400 plus the same two breakfasts and the reception comes to $675. All-Access at $800 sits $125 above that build.
Early Bird closed September 22. Regular pricing runs September 23 to November 3 at $275 General Admission, $400 VIP and $800 All-Access. On-site pricing on November 4 and 5 runs $300 General Admission and $425 VIP, while All-Access holds at $800.
Ten or more General Admission passes bought in one registration drop to $200 each. The discount applies at checkout.
The reception is the room a seller wants
The Top Agents and Brokerages Reception runs Wednesday, November 4, 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Mana 320, the space directly across the parking lot from the Convention Center. The organiser calls it new this year.
The page builds it around the ranked agents and brokerages. Tickets are limited. Access is valid only with a Forum ticket.
All-Access carries the reception. General Admission, VIP and Subscriber holders buy it for $75.
Two sessions that touch hotel inventory
Day 1 at 1:30 p.m. puts Reservation Required: How Restaurants, Retail, and Hotels Add Value to Miami Real Estate on the Main Stage with Michael Comras, Zach Winkler and Omer Horev.
The Innovation Stage at 12:30 p.m. runs Save up to 15+ hours per week: 5 AI workflows to implement at your property on Monday with Cyrus Claffey.
The suitcasing rule bounds what a badge buys
The FAQ carries a suitcasing clause. Attendance credentials do not grant authorization to conduct commercial solicitations, distribute promotional collateral or use hired talent for brand promotion inside event spaces.
The organisers reserve the right to curtail unauthorized promotional activity and remove non-compliant attendees without recourse or refund.
A branded stand and a hired host require a sponsorship.
The refund clock
The registration page prints three bands. At 28 days or more the buyer receives a full refund less a 10 percent administration fee. At 14 to 27 days the buyer receives a 50 percent refund less a 50 percent administration fee. Under 14 days no refund is issued.
The FAQ summarises the same ladder as non-refundable within 14 days, a 50 percent refund at 14 to 28 days and a 90 percent refund at 28 days or more.
November 4 sits 17 days from October 18. A purchase made today falls in the 14-to-27-day band. The 14-day line lands on October 21.
A one-day pass exists for Day 2 only.
Two nights, or three with the after-party
Day 1 opens with Power Breakfast doors at 9:00 a.m. and the discussion at 9:30 a.m. To be in that room, arrive Tuesday, November 3.
Hold November 3 and November 4 and check out Thursday morning. The after-party runs at 6:00 p.m. on November 5, so add the Thursday room.
The schedule publishes one All-Access Afterparty, at 6:00 p.m. on Day 2 at Mana 320. The pass table lists one invitation on each night.
Book the block or run an RFP
The organiser runs a dedicated room block at four properties: AC Hotel Miami Brickell, Moxy Miami Wynwood, Arlo Wynwood and Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay. The travel page describes them as within a 15-minute drive of the venue. Booking links come by email from events@therealdeal.com.
Arlo Wynwood at 2217 NW Miami Court measures 0.55 miles, about 2 minutes on a routed drive. Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay measures 1.61 miles, about 5 minutes.
Arlo publishes a $35 plus tax urban fee per room per night and valet from $45 a night. Check-in runs at 3:00 p.m. and checkout at 11:00 a.m. Early check-in between 9:00 a.m. and noon costs $50 when the desk has the room.
A team of ten or more can price the same two nights through an RFP. hotelhuddle sends one request to 50+ hotels, returns responses in 24 to 72 hours and adds no commission to the rate paid to the property. Submitting a request is free. Most hotels require 10 or more rooms to qualify for group rates.
