Big Ten Fan Fest presented by Dr Pepper runs at the Indiana Convention Center on Friday, December 4 and Saturday, December 5, with more than 200,000 square feet given to interactive games, entertainment, merchandise, giveaways and food, per the conference. The Convention Center's own event feed places the same event in the building on December 5 and 6 with a forecast attendance of 70,000.
The Convention Center's December feed carries three bookings in the game week. The Economic Club of Indiana Luncheon takes Sagamore Ballroom 3-4 on December 2 at 300. The 38th Combat Aviation Brigade Ball takes Meeting Rooms 107-110 on December 5 at 250. The next bookings are the Performance Racing Industry Show on December 10 to 12 at 67,500, the IU School of Nursing Graduation on December 16 at 2,100, and two conferences on December 17 at 400 and 600.
The Convention Center's skywalk clock matters at an 8 p.m. kickoff. Its own page puts the evening lock-down at approximately 11:00 p.m. and the morning re-opening at approximately 6:00 a.m., and it states both are event-dependent. Ask the property to confirm connected-network access for the night you book.
The Market Rate Behind the Ask

Denison Parking operates all Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium parking lots, per the venue's parking page. The venue directs drivers to reserve and pre-pay online and counts more than 70,000 parking spaces downtown. The conference counts more than 73,000.
The venue carries the room counts too. Its pages state more than half of downtown's 7,100-plus hotel rooms sit within blocks of the center and the stadium, with 4,700 rooms connected by skywalk and 200 downtown restaurants within walking distance.
Booking for a Group
