CoreWeave stages Fully Connected 2026 at Moscone South, 747 Howard Street, San Francisco, from September 29 to October 1. The event runs three days of keynotes, breakouts and labs for 2,000-plus AI engineers, platform leads and executives.

The room question has one published answer.

Why The Block Runs Through Registration

The organiser's FAQ carries the only lodging route CoreWeave publishes: “As you register for the event you will have the option to select a hotel room from the room block. Once completing registration we will send you a confirmation for your ticket. You can expect a hotel confirmation in the coming weeks.”

The pricing cards on the same page show the state of that route. The early-bird tier reads “Early Bird Registration Ended”, with the note fixing the end at August 29. The standard tier reads “SOLD OUT” at $899. The complimentary media and analyst tier also reads “SOLD OUT”. The FAQ answer above the cards still reads “Registration is open.”

Read the two together. The block opens with registration, and both paid tiers show sold out.

That leaves the direct buy. One test settles every property below.

The Walk To 747 Howard Street

Two published venue facts set the filter before any rate. The Moscone Center does not have on-site parking. BART and MUNI both serve the venue, and the venue's directions page routes Moscone North and South riders to Montgomery station. Caltrain runs into the station at 4th and Townsend streets. Each stop sits a few minutes' walk from the doors.

The venue publishes the corner that matters. Its Administrative Office sits at 747 Howard Street, 5th floor, at the corner of Third and Howard streets. Book on Howard Street or on the Third Street blocks that meet it. The morning walk then stays inside the same SoMa grid as the venue.

The hotelhuddle directory carries five properties in that grid:

Intercontinental San Francisco — 888 Howard Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, four stars.

W San Francisco — 181 3rd Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, four stars.

The St. Regis San Francisco — 125 3rd Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, five stars.

Hyatt Regency San Francisco Downtown SOMA — 50 3rd Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, four stars.

San Francisco Marriott Marquis — 780 Mission Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, four stars. Mission Street runs parallel, one block north of Howard.

The Clock That Fixes The Nights

The agenda page publishes the day shape. Tuesday, September 29 opens with lunch at 12:00 p.m. and guest arrival and registration from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The welcome reception in the Pioneer Pavilion runs 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 30 runs doors open in the foyer from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., the opening keynote from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., breakouts and hands-on labs from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and the evening event from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Thursday, October 1 repeats the 9:00 a.m. door and the 10:00 a.m. main stage, then finishes with the headliner concert from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Two nights is the working minimum. Book the night of Wednesday, September 30 and the night of Thursday, October 1 against a Friday, October 2 checkout. That holds the room through the 9:00 a.m. door on both main days and through the concert that ends at 10:00 p.m. on the last.

A third night covers the Tuesday welcome reception. A Tuesday arrival without a Wednesday night leaves the 9:00 a.m. door against a same-day check-in.

The Access Filter To Book Against

The organiser answers the accessibility question for Moscone Center South. Its list holds a booking to five items: wheelchair-accessible entrances and pathways, elevators throughout the venue, accessible restrooms on all levels, designated accessible seating, and accessible parking nearby.

The venue's own Americans with Disabilities Act page carries the rest, and it splits responsibility before a rate is agreed. The venue states compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 for permanent facility access accommodations. That covers wheelchair ramps, elevator standards, door width standards and restroom accessibility. The venue welcomes service animals wherever the public is normally permitted access. Assistive listening devices are arranged through the venue's in-house audio visual provider, Projection, at moscone@projection.com.

The same page places every non-permanent requirement on the event organiser. Seating accessibility, wheelchair access, and auxiliary aids for visual, hearing or mobility impairments sit with the licensee, which for this event is CoreWeave. Send the seat request and the auxiliary aid request to the organiser. Send the step-free route from the room to the Howard Street entrance to the property. The venue's Administrative Office publishes 415.974.4000.

What To Hold Back

Three numbers are unpublished, and none should be assumed. No nightly block rate, no reservation cut-off and no property roster appear on the organiser's site for this cycle.

Ask each property for its cancellation deadline in writing. Ask for the nightly difference between its flexible and non-refundable rate. Hold the walk test above the amenity list.

Hold the ticket question separate from the room. The standard tier and the media and analyst tier both read sold out, so a credentialed attendance route has to be settled before a non-refundable rate is locked.

Hold the parking plan to the venue's own sentence. The Moscone Center does not have on-site parking, and it points riders to nearby parking options and to BikeLink for secure bike parking. A room on Third Street or Howard Street removes the question.
