Four show nights and no room block
The San Francisco Fall Show runs October 15 to 18, 2026 in the Festival Pavilion at Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture. The Opening Night Gala is Wednesday, October 14. The organiser's home page reads "Celebrating the 43rd San Francisco Fall Show", and the About page counts over 40 dealers. The show is a 501(c)(3) organisation, and 100 per cent of net proceeds benefit Enterprise for Youth.
The About, Tickets, Opening Night Gala, FAQ and home pages name no hotel partner, no room block and no group code. Rooms for the run sit in the open market.
The clock that decides the nights
Gala entry runs on the ticket tier. The ticketing page admits Visionary, Connoisseur and Collector guests at 5:00 p.m., Enthusiast guests at 6:00 p.m. and Supporter guests at 7:00 p.m.
The show floor opens 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, October 15 through Saturday, October 17, and 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, October 18.
Which nights to hold
For the gala and the full run, book Wednesday the 14th through Saturday the 17th, with a Sunday checkout. Tuesday the 13th adds a day in the city.
For show days only, three nights carry it: Thursday the 15th through Saturday the 17th, again with a Sunday checkout. Sunday night is needed only by a guest flying home on Monday.
Buy the tickets late, hold the room early
Ticket sales run from 3 August to 18 October. The Eventbrite listing for show days and lectures carries a price range of $23.18 to $55.20 and permits re-entry across the show days. Lectures need both a show ticket and a lecture ticket. No ticket is refundable.
Gala places run from $400 for a single Supporter ticket to $10,000 for six Visionary tickets, and those tiers carry no refunds either.
A ticket decision can wait until the week of the show. A room decision cannot, because no organiser is holding inventory.
Parking changes the room decision
Fort Mason Center does not permit overnight parking. Fees run from 7:00 a.m. to midnight, and event-day rates reach $30 for four hours or more. The lot fills on busy days, and the venue warns that fees may rise on high-attendance dates.
The top gala tiers carry valet parking. Visionary and Connoisseur tickets include it for gala night and on show days. The Collector tier includes valet for gala night.

Getting there without a car
Muni lines 28, 30, 30X, 43 and 49 serve Fort Mason Center. Golden Gate Transit stops at the intersection of Lombard and Fillmore Streets. With overnight parking off the table at the venue, the transit list is the simpler plan.
