Three days at Moscone West
TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 runs October 13 to 15 at Moscone West, 800 Howard Street at the corner of Fourth and Howard streets in San Francisco. The organizer counts 10,000-plus attendees and $32 billion raised by Startup Battlefield alumni. Registration opens at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday. The last session ends at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
The room has a deadline this year. The organizer's booking portal now reads "Hotel Reservations Are Now Closed." A new reservation, a change or a cancellation goes to the hotel.

What the attendee rate carries
The organizer publishes four terms. Each rate runs below the property's own site and the other travel sites. A reservation can be cancelled or modified without penalty. There is zero upfront cost. Rewards points and loyalty programs work as expected.
Two conditions attach. The rates apply only at the participating hotels listed on the reservation partner's page. The rates last while rooms last.
The nights the agenda asks for
Monday, October 12 carries early badge pickup at Moscone West from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. and no sessions. Tuesday, October 13 opens registration at 7:30 a.m., the Expo Hall at 8:00 a.m. and the networking lounge at 9:00 a.m. Thursday, October 15 closes registration and the Expo Hall at 3:30 p.m., and the final session ends at 4:30 p.m.
A Tuesday arrival that uses the morning registration desk takes two nights. An arrival for the Monday badge pickup takes three nights. Either stay ends with a Thursday checkout, because the floor closes on Thursday afternoon.
Badge collection needs the ticket and a government-issued photo ID. The name on the badge must match the ID. A delegate cannot collect a badge for another attendee.

Every reservation, change and cancellation runs through the hotel. The booking portal lists a contact for each of six properties: InterContinental San Francisco, Hyatt Regency San Francisco Downtown SOMA, Grand Hyatt San Francisco, Hotel Zetta and Hotel Zelos, YOTEL San Francisco, and Timbri Hotel San Francisco.

Getting to Moscone West
Moscone West publishes no on-site parking. BART and Muni Metro reach Moscone West at Powell station. The same lines reach Moscone North and South at Montgomery station. Caltrain stops at 4th and Townsend streets, a short walk from the venue. Three of the four hotels sit between the venue and those stations.
