The 2027 exhibitor guide labels the run the Ford 72nd Annual Indianapolis Boat, Sport & Travel Show.

The dark days set the booking question
One reservation from Friday, Feb. 19 to Monday, Mar. 1 covers every show day and pays for ten nights, two of them with nothing on the grounds. Two reservations, Feb. 19 to 22 and Feb. 24 to Mar. 1, cover the same show days in eight paid nights. Two of the five hotels' direct-book links still carry last cycle's window, Feb. 16 to Mar. 2, 2026, so the single long reservation is the pattern the show itself published.
One code splits the shortlist
The lodging page names five properties as the only official host hotels for the event. It adds that other resellers offering housing are not endorsed by or affiliated with the show.
The code is not the same for all five. Best Western Fishers Indianapolis and Homewood Suites Indianapolis NW quote on "Indy Boat Show". SpringHill Suites Indianapolis Fishers, Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Fishers and Home2 Suites Indianapolis Keystone Crossing quote on "Indy Sport Show". All five place the request with the hotel directly.
Indy Boat Show: two properties
Best Western Fishers Indianapolis, 9790 N. by NE Blvd., Fishers, IN 46037, (317) 578-2000, sits a stated 20-minute drive out. The page lists daily complimentary breakfast and free parking for standard vehicles as well as buses, trucks and RVs. Rates: $89 plus tax for a king, $99 plus tax for two queens.
Homewood Suites Indianapolis NW, 4140 W. 94th St., Indianapolis, IN 46268, (317) 870-7660, is the longest drive at a stated 28 minutes. Each suite has a kitchenette with a full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stovetop. The hotel adds a free hot breakfast buffet, a Wednesday evening social, an indoor pool and free Grubhub delivery. Rates: $119 plus tax for a king suite, $124 plus tax for a two-queen suite.
Indy Sport Show: three properties
SpringHill Suites Indianapolis Fishers, 9698 Hague Rd., Indianapolis, IN 46256, (317) 841-0416, sits nine miles out. Every room is a suite larger than 400 square feet with a fridge, microwave and wet bar, and the hotel keeps induction burners for longer stays. Free hot breakfast and free parking for trucks with trailers come with the room. Rates: $99 plus tax for a king suite, $104 plus tax for a two-queen suite.
Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Fishers, 9785 North by Northeast Blvd., Fishers, IN 46037, (317) 577-5900, is 9.5 miles out, with Wi-Fi, free hot breakfast, free trailer and bus parking, laundry and fitness facilities, an on-site restaurant and bar, and pet-friendly rooms. Rates: $126 plus tax for a king, $136 plus tax for two queens.
Home2 Suites Indianapolis Keystone Crossing, 9104 Keystone Crossing, Indianapolis, IN 46240, (317) 843-0064, is the closest at seven miles and within walking distance of The Fashion Mall. Every suite holds a full kitchen, with induction burners on request. The hotel takes pets and includes Wi-Fi, a free hot breakfast buffet, free trailer and bus parking, laundry and fitness access. It asks guests to book with the front desk or the sales office. Rates: $99 plus tax for a king suite, $104 plus tax for a two-queen suite.
How a guest picks among the five
Let the code halve the list, then let the length of the stay decide the rest. A single ten-night reservation across the dark Monday and Tuesday argues for a kitchen: Homewood Suites, Home2 Suites and SpringHill each ship a kitchen or kitchenette with laundry on site, which offsets two paid nights with no show to attend. A three-night weekend run argues for the lowest published rate, the Best Western at $89 plus tax.
Distance separates the rest, with Home2 Suites at seven miles, SpringHill at nine and Hilton Garden Inn at 9.5. Travellers towing a boat or a trailer should ask about trailer parking, which SpringHill, Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites each publish as free. Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites also take pets.
Groups booking ten rooms or more can test the block rate against the published rate. Most hotels quote group rates from 10 rooms a night, and some from five.
The Fairgrounds campground behind the five
The State Fairgrounds campground, 1202 E. 38th St., holds 50 sites at $45 per night plus 7 percent sales tax, with a $2.50 booking fee, a $5 dump station, 24-hour security and reservations required. The page warns that February brings electrical hook-up only, because water and sewer are shut off for the winter, and that there are no pull-through spots. Fairgrounds security at 317-927-7520 unlocks the electrical box on arrival.
The Fairgrounds' own camping page carries the season windows: full hook-ups April through October, electric-only hook-ups November through March with the dump station closed. It sets check-in from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., check-out at noon, a late fee for an overstay, and the desk at camping@indianastatefair.com or (317) 927-7503.
What to confirm before booking
Every rate guarantee on the lodging page reads 2026, and two Hilton direct-book links still carry last February's dates. Ask the hotel to confirm the 2027 rate, to apply the show code to a 2027 reservation, and to put the cut-off in writing. A code quoted for the last cycle is the start of the phone call, so treat the figure as a reading and the writing as the rate.
The prices page still carries its 2026 admission block: $16 general, $10 for children 6-12, free for children 5 and under, and a $26 two-day ticket limited to one entrant scan per day.
