The Dallas Coffee Festival sells a Saturday ticket for 13 March 2027 and a Sunday ticket for 14 March. Both days run at Gilley's Dallas, 1135 Botham Jean Blvd, and both repeat the same clock. The ticket terms decide which hotel night belongs to which ticket.
Craft Hospitality produces the third annual edition. The venue runs indoors, and the organiser states the event goes on in any weather.
Both days run the same four-part clock
Early Admission opens at 9 a.m. Session 1 general admission runs 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. A 30-minute service break follows. Session 2 runs 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.
Service stops 15 minutes before each session ends. The last pour lands at 12:45 p.m. and at 4:15 p.m.
An Early Admission ticket includes the general admission hour that follows it. The organiser names that extra hour as the only difference between the two ticket types inside a session. A limited number of All Day passes carry both sessions, in-and-out rights and the service break.
A ticket binds one date and one session
The pass is valid for the date purchased and the session purchased. Redemption must happen between the session times bought, otherwise the pass is forfeited.
Venue capacity is the stated reason each entry needs a ticket. Twelve attendees hold twelve tickets.
Two nights map to one session day
A Friday arrival with a Sunday checkout holds Friday 12 March and Saturday 13 March. That pair covers a Saturday ticket. The Friday night puts the group in Dallas ahead of a 9 a.m. gate. The Saturday night runs the session to 4:30 p.m. with no checkout inside it.
A cheaper shape exists for the same ticket. Book Friday only, check out Saturday morning ahead of the gate and leave the bags at the desk. That drops one room night and puts a checkout on the morning of the session.
A Sunday ticket needs Saturday 13 March and Sunday 14 March, with a Monday checkout. Two nights buy the night before the session day and the night of it.
February 11 is the date the plan locks
Refunds run up to 30 days before the event date. The organiser calls the offer final sale and nonrefundable after that date.
Thirty days before 13 March 2027 is Thursday 11 February 2027. A Sunday purchase should plan against that date and confirm the reading with the ticket desk at tickets@crafthospitality.com.
The session switch closes at 9 a.m. on March 11
Session transfers sit at the organiser's discretion. The clause bars them inside 48 hours of the event start time.
The event starts at 9 a.m. on Saturday 13 March. Forty-eight hours before that is 9 a.m. on Thursday 11 March 2027.
A switch from Saturday to Sunday sits inside a window that opens as the refund window closes and shuts two days before the festival. Build the rooms on the day you hold.
The Saturday night is 23 hours long
Clocks in Dallas spring forward at 2 a.m. on Sunday 14 March 2027, so the night of Saturday 13 March loses an hour.
A 9 a.m. Sunday gate arrives an hour earlier on the body clock of anyone who slept in Dallas. On a Saturday ticket the short night lands after the session.
What to put in the room request
Ask each property for three figures in writing: the nightly rate for the two nights, the cancellation deadline with its clock time, and the charge for cancelling after it.
Set that deadline against 11 February. A flexible rate that releases free until that date holds the room and the ticket on one decision date. A prepaid rate shifts the risk onto the room.
Ask the property to state its distance to 1135 Botham Jean Blvd and the morning travel time to a 9 a.m. gate. Confirm the checkout time for the departure morning before you agree to a Sunday ticket on a two-night stay.
Gilley's holds over 1,100 parking spots. Entry runs through the front lot off Botham Jean Blvd, and a second lot sits off Austin Street. Parking pricing varies by lot and event, and pre-purchased spaces and lot buyouts can be arranged.
