The venue recommends the Maryland Street canopy for taxi pick-ups and drop-offs. The airport's Ground Transportation Center sits on the first floor of the Terminal Garage, and the venue lists the airport as 15 minutes away.
The Rate Type You Buy
Ask the hotel for both prices and compare the difference in dollars. One night is the smallest purchase on which to buy the ability to cancel, and the gap between the two rates is often small at that length.
Ask for the cancellation deadline in writing. That deadline decides whether the booking survives a change of plan. The expo's Eventbrite listing carries a refund policy of up to seven days before the event, and the organizer sells tickets through its own site.
The Skywalk and the Checkout
