PRI Show Hotel Rates Hold Until November 13 via Visit Indy

The PRI Show runs December 10 to 12, 2026 at the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium, 100 S. Capitol Ave. in Indianapolis. Show management contracts its room inventory to one provider, the Visit Indy Housing Bureau. The block publishes its rates, its booking close date and its cancellation date.

What the official block carries

The housing portal lists the terms of a booking inside the PRI block: flexible booking with no deposits required, free in-room Wi-Fi, and hotel loyalty reward points honored under each hotel’s program rules and availability. The published hotel list repeats the no-deposit term and adds that all PRI rooms include complimentary Wi-Fi.

The portal opens on a guest-type step with two options, Attendee and Exhibitor, and an access-code field. The published hotel list carries 36 properties.

November 13 ends the guaranteed rate

The housing portal states that discounted rates cannot be guaranteed after November 13 or once the blocks sell out. The published hotel list carries the same date in its own words: reduced show rates are not guaranteed after November 13, 2026. The exhibitor deadline calendar records November 13 as the last day to book hotel rooms at the discounted PRI rate.

October 16 is the published cancellation date

The exhibitor deadline calendar carries October 16 as the hotel cancellation deadline to avoid a penalty. Housing opened June 9 at 10:00 a.m. ET. Both dates arrive before the show does.

$161 against $201, and what the $40 buys

The published list carries a starting rate for 35 properties. Holiday Inn Indianapolis Downtown is $161 a night and sits two blocks from the Convention Center. Hyatt Regency Indianapolis and The Westin Indianapolis are both $201, and both carry the skywalk notation.

The list defines that notation as a hotel connected to the PRI Show by elevated skywalk, typically one to two blocks. The $40 nightly gap runs to $120 across a three-night stay, and the skywalk replaces two blocks of open-air walking in December.

Rates are starting room prices in US dollars. They vary by room type and occupancy, and they exclude local sales and occupancy taxes.

What the airport and Plainfield hotels add

The block reaches past downtown. The housing portal lists complimentary show-day shuttles from partner airport and Plainfield hotels to the Convention Center, airport courtesy shuttles from the hotel to Indianapolis International Airport, and free on-site parking for overnight guests at many of those properties.

The show’s shuttle schedule names the properties and the routes. The airport route covers Wyndham Airport, Delta Hotel Airport, Hyatt Place Airport, Residence Inn Indianapolis Airport and Fairfield Inn & Suites Airport. The airport and Plainfield route covers Embassy Suites Plainfield and Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Airport. Convention Center shuttles pick up curbside on Maryland Street, with turnarounds about every 30 minutes at peak.

The schedule splits each day into a morning and an afternoon window. It reads 6:00 to 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, 7:00 to 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, and 7:00 to 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. The midday hours carry no service.

The portal notes that hotels connected to the Convention Center sell out quickly under demand, and that downtown carries many further options within four walkable blocks of the Center.

Book official, then confirm the terms in writing

The show publishes a booking alert because unofficial companies solicit this event. Visit Indy Housing provides the only official housing for the PRI Show, and the alert names the companies it describes as unaffiliated. Reservations made through any other agency are made at the attendee’s own risk, and the alert asks readers to notify show management at MichelleG@performanceracing.com or (949) 373-9227.

The housing team answers Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET at prihousing@visitindy.com or 317-262-8191, and the portal asks callers to ask for Annie, Kellsey or Denisse. Ask for the nightly rate your dates return and for the cancellation terms that apply to your reservation. October 16 and November 13 are the two dates the official sources publish, and both arrive before the show does.
