The show and the nights it needs
The WWETT Show, the Water & Wastewater Equipment, Treatment & Transport Show, runs at the Indiana Convention Center from Monday, February 22 to Thursday, February 25, 2027. The conference runs all four days. The expo hall runs Tuesday, February 23 to Thursday, February 25.
The organiser publishes the hours. Conference: Monday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Tuesday 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Wednesday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Expo hall: Tuesday and Wednesday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
The hours set the room nights. A Monday arrival with a Thursday checkout is three nights. Four nights means a Sunday, February 21 check-in, which buys the Monday 9:00 a.m. start.
One endorsed route, and a written warning about the rest
The show books rooms through onPeak, and it states its position twice. “OnPeak is the only hotel provider endorsed by the WWETT Show.” The second notice reads: “onPeak, formerly Travel Planners is the only official hotel agent for WWETT Show in Indianapolis. No other hotel company or travel agency is authorized to place hotel reservations on behalf of WWETT Show.”
The same page adds that reservations made through another agency cannot be guaranteed, and that those bookings can bring additional charges, incorrect hotel placement or inflated rates.
The hotel team answers on (800) 724-0968, on (312) 527-7300 from outside the United States, and at WWETThotels@onpeaksupport.com. The show asks that a call from another agency be reported on the same number.
What the block carries: 23 properties, $169 to $270
The attendee gallery lists 23 downtown properties, each with an average nightly event rate and a distance to the hall. The read on 22 September 2026 returned a range from $169 at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Indianapolis Dtn-Conv Ctr, 0.5 miles out, to $270 at the Conrad Indianapolis, 0.2 miles out. Twenty of the 23 sit within half a mile.
The upper end reads Conrad $270, Signia by Hilton Indianapolis $265, JW Marriott Indianapolis $260, Marriott Indianapolis Downtown $247, and Embassy Suites by Hilton Indianapolis Downtown and Hyatt Regency Indianapolis at $243. The lower end reads Holiday Inn Express $169, Tru by Hilton Indianapolis Downtown $184, Staybridge Suites Indianapolis Downtown – Convention Center $186 and Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Downtown $190. The mean of the 23 published rates is $223.
Each figure is an average nightly event rate, so it prices the block window rather than a set of dates. Each card also carries a room cap. Most properties show up to 62 rooms, the Holiday Inn Express shows 54, the Hilton Garden Inn shows 29 and Le Méridien Indianapolis shows 16.
The 30 percent claim
“In partnership with onPeak, we’ve secured hotel rooms offering discounted rates that typically average 30% less than what you’ll find on other travel sites,” the show’s travel page reads, and it adds that guests still earn hotel rewards points. No property publishes a side-by-side comparison. Test that figure against the property’s own flexible rate for the nights you need.
Which nights are thin
The gallery’s nightly view covers the block window from Wednesday, February 17 to Friday, February 26, and the depth changes by date. JW Marriott Indianapolis lists no rooms for a Sunday, February 21 or a Monday, February 22 arrival. Marriott Indianapolis Downtown and The Westin Indianapolis list no rooms for the Sunday arrival.
A Monday arrival draws on 22 of the 23 properties. A Sunday arrival draws on 20. Book the Sunday night itself, because the four-night build depends on it.
Skywalks, parking and the walk
The venue publishes 7,100 hotel rooms in downtown Indianapolis, with 4,700 of them connected to the Convention Center by skywalk, 200 downtown restaurants within walking distance, and the airport 15 minutes away.
The Convention Center states that skywalk closing and opening times follow the event, and it gives a rule of thumb of a lockdown at about 11:00 p.m. and a reopening at about 6:00 a.m. Confirm the times for the WWETT week with the venue.
What to confirm before you commit
The block promises no upfront costs and freedom from change or cancellation fees, and onPeak advertises group tools for managing reservations. Every reservation still runs on the property’s own terms. Ask each shortlisted hotel to state in writing the cancellation deadline, any deposit or prepayment it holds, the difference between its flexible and non-refundable rate for February 21 to 25, any resort or facility fee, and the parking charge for the nights you need.
Run a second quote next to the block
One endorsed provider sets one set of prices, and a second quote costs nothing. hotelhuddle.com sends one request to 50 or more hotels in the destination, and those hotels answer in 24 to 72 hours. Most properties quote group rates from 10 rooms per night, and some quote from five. You pay the hotel directly, and the platform adds no markup to the rate. Hotels pay hotelhuddle a commission when a booking completes.
Clause 3.2 of the platform’s terms reads: “RFP submissions are free on hotelhuddle.com. There is no charge for submitting requests.” Indiana sits inside the service area.
